IVE's 'Kitsch' is a bop. It is one of the tracks from their "I've IVE" Album. IVE's 'I AM' is the title track of the Album. The Album is really good.

As for guides: Similar to Babymonster, you should watch their official introduction first. In this case it's the 1st season of their reality tv show "1,2,3 Ive" (starting with ep 0 to ep 8, around 15-30 min per episode). The first few episodes of season 1 are a great introduction, then they go on a fun "camping" trip and finish the season with their last preparations for the debut. The later seasons are fun as well of course. But season 1 is more or less their introduction.
