I wouldn't call myself a once (twice's fandom name), I'm more of a casual fan but I absolutely adore them. Very genuine, hard working, funny and like a one big family. When I tell you that NewJeans has one of the best discographies of this new generation of idols, I'm not exaggerating. Attention, Hype Boy, Ditto, OMG, ETA, and Cool With You are must-listens!!! Their music videos are also really interesting: - Attention was dropped as a surprise debut - they were never announced as a group before their music dropped for the first time ever. - Hype Boy was the follow-up to Attention. It has 4 music video versions, each one focusing on one or two of the members and their "story" in the music video. Hype Boy went absolutely VIRAL in South Korea, everyone knew the dance and everyone did it everywhere. - Ditto has 2 MV versions (side A, and side B) and it was directed by an Indie movie director (Shin Woo-Seok), so it has a really complex storyline that talks about the relationship between fans and the artists they love. This song was a mega-hit and remained on the music charts for over a year, and became the longest running number 1 song on the Melon music chart in SK (13-weeks). - OMG's MV is batshit insane because of how weird it is. Again, directed by Shin Woo-Seok and it's honestly awesome. - ETA's MV was all filmed on an iPhone apparently. - Cool With You also has 2 MVs (side A and side B) - again, directed by Shin Woo-Seok, it does not feature the members as predominantly as they actually play a more "angelic" "spectator" type part in it. IVE also has in INCREDIBLE discography! Highlights include: Eleven, Love Dive, I Am, All Night, and Off The Record --> those are their girliest tracks Twice - OF COURSE - has an INCREDIBLE STUNNING FLAWLESS discography. Highlights I think you'll love: Cheer Up, Signal, Knock Knock, Scientist, Feel Special, Fancy, Likey, Heart Shaker, I Got You, I Can't Stop Me, Dance The Night Away, Alcohol Free, Talk that Talk, Yes or Yes, What is Love, TT, Moonlight Sunrise, and also Nayeon's Pop! 'Mafia in the Morning' is their darkest concept they have done so far, and I think you would like their other title tracks such as 'Loco,' 'Dalla Dalla,' 'Cake,' or 'Wannabe.' These songs have more of a 'girly pop' sound, though not 100%, but they still have a very bright and colorful theme. So glad you loved IVE, I think you’ll like most of their title tracks but if you loved the retro vibe of After LIKE I also recommend Off The Record, it’s a bit more chill but super addictive and pretty. Other singles from them would be LOVE DIVE which was the SOTY of 2022 winning them 4 Daesangs, I AM which also won a SOTY Daesang last year & was the biggest release of 2023 in South Korea, ELEVEN their debut song, Kitsch & Baddie which are a bit more experimental so you’ll have to see if you like them and Either Way, their first ballad single. IVE is pretty versatile sound wise but they usually mentain this elegant & glamuros imagine & sound giving their music a feminine feel. They remain under the pop umbrella for the most part but pull from different references such as disco, 2010s dance pop, balkan/middle east music, etc. They are not really ‘cute’ concept but rather teen crush or as some kpop fans call it, ‘chaebol crush’ or ‘rich girl crush’. Their main lyrical theme is self love and confidence, which is very fitting for what you said about Wonyoung yourself! Their music can be very inspirational. If you plan on doing albums later on I totally recommend their debut full album from last year, I’ve IVE, it won them an AlbumOTY Daesang and according to IFPI was the best selling girl group album of 2023, the only girl group to make the anual list. Their ep I’ve MINE from last fall is also great and are projected to make a comeback in the next few months! Also, idk why people recommended ITZY’s Mafia In The Morning considering that they are one of the groups who actually make great fun, bright & cute music. That song is honestly considered one of their weakest and was kinda disliked by the kpop community. I recommend Wannabe, Dalla Dalla or Loco.
If you like The Feels you’ll definitely like Twice’s earlier stuff such as Likey, What Is Love, Cheer Up, Dance The Night Away, and Heart Shaker honestly anything released by them from 2015-2018 has the upbeat bubble gum pop sound

Wonyoung has a really big impact amongst the kpop community especially South Korea. She’s literally everywhere and one of the top kpop idols to be mentioned along with Blackpink’s Jennie and BTS’s Jimin and Jungkook. You’ll see her advertising high luxury brands, hosting award and music shows, going to fashion shows, etc. she’s also a big role model amongst idols. Her facials and visuals are her charm points. I hope you get to know IVE too, personality and music wise. They are a great group and probably your taste of music, really sweet girls.

That's why TWICE is my stan coz their discographies are cheerful mostly and relaxing to listen, unlike other GG where their genres are much stress to my ear... LOL. I love IVE. I love their music. Their music is iconic. Their discography is flawless. Their title tracks and B-SIDES are really good. Their MVs are top-tier. Their singing is awesome. Their rapping is dope. Their dancing is amazing. Their choreography is fantastic.

Attention, Hype Boy, Ditto, OMG, ETA, and Cool With You are must-listens!!!

- Attention was dropped as a surprise debut - they were never announced as a group before their music dropped for the first time ever.
- Hype Boy was the follow-up to Attention. It has 4 music video versions, each one focusing on one or two of the members and their "story" in the music video. Hype Boy went absolutely VIRAL in South Korea, everyone knew the dance and everyone did it everywhere.
- Ditto has 2 MV versions (side A, and side B) and it was directed by an Indie movie director (Shin Woo-Seok), so it has a really complex storyline that talks about the relationship between fans and the artists they love. This song was a mega-hit and remained on the music charts for over a year, and became the longest running number 1 song on the Melon music chart in SK (13-weeks).
- OMG's MV is batshit insane because of how weird it is. Again, directed by Shin Woo-Seok and it's honestly awesome.

So glad you loved IVE, I think you’ll like most of their title tracks but if you loved the retro vibe of After LIKE I also recommend Off The Record, it’s a bit more chill but super addictive and pretty. Other singles from them would be LOVE DIVE which was the SOTY of 2022 winning them 4 Daesangs, I AM which also won a SOTY Daesang last year & was the biggest release of 2023 in South Korea, ELEVEN their debut song, Kitsch & Baddie which are a bit more experimental so you’ll have to see if you like them and Either Way, their first ballad single. IVE is pretty versatile sound wise but they usually mentain this elegant & glamuros imagine & sound giving their music a feminine feel. They remain under the pop umbrella for the most part but pull from different references such as disco, 2010s dance pop, balkan/middle east music, etc. They are not really ‘cute’ concept but rather teen crush or as some kpop fans call it, ‘chaebol crush’ or ‘rich girl crush’. Their main lyrical theme is self love and confidence, which is very fitting for what you said about Wonyoung yourself! Their music can be very inspirational.
If you plan on doing albums later on I totally recommend their debut full album from last year, I’ve IVE, it won them an AlbumOTY Daesang and according to IFPI was the best selling girl group album of 2023, the only girl group to make the anual list. Their ep I’ve MINE from last fall is also great and are projected to make a comeback in the next few months!
Also, idk why people recommended ITZY’s Mafia In The Morning considering that they are one of the groups who actually make great fun, bright & cute music. That song is honestly considered one of their weakest and was kinda disliked by the kpop community. I recommend Wannabe, Dalla Dalla or Loco.
If you like The Feels you’ll definitely like Twice’s earlier stuff such as Likey, What Is Love, Cheer Up, Dance The Night Away, and Heart Shaker honestly anything released by them from 2015-2018 has the upbeat bubble gum pop sound

Ive💜 you should try to react IVE's Love Dive, I Am and Eleven MV. They are my fave songs from them.
That's why TWICE is my stan coz their discographies are cheerful mostly and relaxing to listen, unlike other GG where their genres are much stress to my ear... LOL. Also TWICE are more girlie and now that they are more mature they look more and more elegant, maybe the girl crush concept didn't suite me that much..
