Thanks !! The most we have had in a group so far is 9’- love it - but yes / not very intuitive- even Cardo’s videos aren’t very helpful.

Use the term " GROUPING" when adding riders. Not pairing. It would also be helpful in showing how to get "Administration" in the settings, to set up a new GROUP, which you rename something else besides Group 1 , Group 2 or whatever. CARDO's instructions still suck, even for a Cardo Packtack EDGE, not intuitive at all. The APP makes it even more confusing.
