Very sleek, well made van. No mention of cooking in the tour… but I guess you can plug in a counter-top induction cooktop or use a portable gas burner with a small 16 oz propane canister. But storage up front is very limited compared to other vans. I would fret over if I have enough storage for cooktops, pots & pans, plates, utensils and a pantry for dry/canned goods. This van would be strictly for the non-outdoorsman because there’s no garage space at all for bikes, kayaks, sporting gear of any kind. I would have added outside hot/cold rinsing/shower capability to the back, plus an air compressor for tires and cleaning. Lastly, in this day and age after all the innovations with expandable showers (or simply expandable shower curtains) there’s no excuse for such a small rigid shower.
As for cooking, this client uses a portable induction cooktop so that it isn't taking up counter space all the time. And she chose this layout because she would be using it solo and didn't need a lot of storage for outdoor gear. The shower is definitely tight but for someone that is small it works fine. We find that many of the collapsible shower options on the market lack durability and complete waterproofing. Maybe with the exception of the tetravan shower which wasn't on the market when this van was built two years ago.

Yes I did weigh the van before and after but can’t remember the numbers. This is the 3500 XD which has a higher capacity than typical. It was still well under the payload rating when finished. We don't offer financing directly but currently work with a Ford dealer that will finance the van/build if you purchase a Transit new. check out vanwindowsdirect.com you can sort by van model and window type. We like to use CRL windows if possible, I think thats what we used on this one..
There is no remote to lift the bed, you have to press the switch inside the electrical control panel cabinet. Which you wouldn’t be able to reach while laying in bed
@@somedayvans6653 Well I want to work on a solution for that because it bugs the you know what out of me. I’m living in my van full-time and I’m working on an invention that might make it easy to solve that problem. I can’t believe that nobody hasn’t done it already. I called the Euroloft people about it not knowing that it’s the same company that makes the Happijacs. the Euroloft division is snooty and almost impossible for anybody to get an OEM arrangement so they can get it and I don’t know what the differences between that and the Happijac’s are or which one would be most likely to be able to be modified to do what I’m talking about. Well if that doesn’t go anywhere I’m gonna work on a, non-electric for now, solution to this problem. My solution will solve lots of other problems two but I can’t say too much right now. I am an inventor so I’m not interested in doing van conversions other than one for myself but I am interested in inventions to solve problems that no one else has to solved but I’m talking physical mostly not electronic products, but there could be minimal things like a motor but I try to avoid all electronics if possible. KISS
@@GOLDVIOLINbowofdeath A self leveling bed would be awesome. Both the Euroloft and happijack would be very difficult to modify to do that. You will pretty much have to create a new system entirely.
@@somedayvans6653 No being an electronics expert I didn’t think I would be able to modify them to do it. I guess Euroloft is always put in expensive motor coaches that have their own self leveling system so they don’t have a need to level a bed independently and they’re not gonna be Boondocking in a two or $3 million motorcoach. I can do it but it won’t be self leveling but hopefully won’t be hard or take long the way I am thinking.
As part of a van conversion, is it possible to make the van self leveling? Would love to just push a button and have the van level! It would be as good, or maybe even better, than simply pushing a button and having your bed ready. This is a fantastic layout! Wondering if the seating area could be lessened in length and have a garage built in back with a solid back to the dinette and the top of the garage just to where the bed is lowered? Enough seating for two comfortably and garage space for patio chairs and maybe two bikes. You could still open the back doors and see outside while in bed. A built in pull down bug screen would also be great. When the bed is up, the top of the garage would be temporary counter space for work or projects accessible from either the dinette or the garage. Just wondering, thinking and dreaming…
Gas springs can be defined as hydro-pneumatic, energy storage elements. Nitrogen gas and oil are utilized for providing compressible and damping (motion control) mediums. Ha! I had no idea. I looked it up, copied and pasted. I just think they are amazing for saving your head and fingers!

We don't offer financing directly but currently work with a Ford dealer that will finance the van/build if you purchase a Transit new. We are a fully custom builder so we could definitely talk about options for a promaster. Normally we build on 3500s because the finished build is usually more than the recommended payload for a 2500 and we have to add leaf springs. Yes, this bed lift is in a Sprinter.
I wish there is a price for this van on the description
This van isn’t for sale, it was a custom build designed specifically for a client!
@@somedayvans6653 u could still tell how much the client paid for this build lol we don’t know the client anyways 🤣
How do you secure the stone to the counter? Do you only use adhesives?
We set threaded rods in the bottom for the counter with epoxy that bolt onto the top of the cabinets.
What's the window??? Looking for this type of window for a long time...
check out vanwindowsdirect.com you can sort by van model and window type. We like to use CRL windows if possible, I think thats what we used on this one..
what happens if you accidentally press the remote to lift the bed while sleeping? you die or wat
There is no remote to lift the bed, you have to press the switch inside the electrical control panel cabinet. Which you wouldn’t be able to reach while laying in bed
Can you tell us how much you are selling it for?
Price is in the RV trader link in the video description
How much is it for Sale for?
The RVTrader listing is in the description of the video. It is listed there.

Thanks! Ian's shop is near Columbus Ohio and his website is boundless-ps.com
HOW MUCH IS THIS ?
Please.
Beautiful Van, annoying music.
How do you level the bed if the van isn’t level?
You can't level the bed independently from the van. But that would be cool!
Suggestion… please do away with d background music… so distracting
That music in the background sucks
Could you please to write your Co. Name and email here. Im very interested! Thanks

I don’t think gas springs are hydraulic. Gas is not a liquid
True. I'm not totally sure how they work but I imagine it is air compression.
@@somedayvans6653 I think they use some kind of inert gas, maybe nitrogen. I knew but I forgot
@@diane539 Agreed! we will keep building vans and buying gas springs so we don't have to think about how they are made.
WHY DID YOU PUT UGLY MUSIC LOUDER THAN THE PERSON SPEAKING?
GET RID OF THE MUSIC!!
Nothing to cook with!
There is an induction cooktop and toaster oven that you can pull out and put on the counter!
Please do away with background music…
