I can't help thinking about that lyric where he sings "sophisticated Beethoven concerti" - As someone who plays Beethoven, their process is every bit as complex and sophisticated, if not more so in some ways.
I used to love these videos... But Idk I'm looking at the lyrics and they just seem to make no sense, so surface level. Really empty and shallow, almost meaningless. I would play these videos on repeat and repeat and feel so inspired. But looking back 7 years later I feel disappointed.
its not one song copying another. Its YOU singing THEIR melodies over THEIR chord progressions, using THEIR rhythmic variations. Its not even remotely refreshing.
