I'm a grandma too and I always take a 'shot' of milk when cooking....but, I use a metal measuring cup so the milk is good and cold :) I just found my store carries that seasoning mix so I'm going to try this recipe!
We lived in Hawaii for 3 years while my husband was stationed in Hawaii. We grew to love Spam, and Spam Musubi. We make it like your grandmother makes it, except we do not put milk in the egg! We even have a similar contraction that she uses, bought it off of Amazon during the pandemic.
