- Spam musubi is a popular snack and lunch food composed of a slice of grilled Spam on top of or sandwiched in between a block of rice wrapped together with nori.
Inexpensive and portable, Spam musubi is commonly found near cash registers in convenience stores all over Hawaii. Musubi can be easily made with the right materials.
This time of the year, it reminds me of the vacation in Hawaii and I missed this meal. I hope we can travel back to Hawaii someday and this dish will help me reminisce about the memorable moments in Hawaii. Hope you guys like this and enjoy the taste of Hawaii at home :)

You can just use the SPAM CAN and plastic wrap for the mold 😄
