Yes, the reference to the ‘lukewarm’ convicts us all, Jordan I suspect, may feel that acutely. It’s one thing to know Christ is God and the Logos psychologically, it’s another entirely to give over your everything, including your inability to comprehend how God himself would condescend to our physical existence to suffer and die and be raised so that we may be pronounced innocent in His name.
I don't think Jordan has been very interruptive in his podcasts honestly. He's engaging in the conversation and he hasn't done that inappropriately within the confines of the conversation. However it is an interview and people are coming to hear his guests speak, and for us regulars Jordan often says what we've already heard. In that sense it's better for him to let his guests speak more freely, but I don't find he interrupts a lot
Its wild to watch how quickly our kids turn into us, the good and the bad. My son is only 5 but I already see so much of myself in him and the way he acts. Ephesians 6:4 "Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger by the way you treat them. Rather, bring them up with the discipline and instruction that comes from the Lord." I was on another video that said never scream at your children. My Mom was a yeller, I was a yeller. My children remember me yelling and now, my daughter is a yeller. I said, why do you yell if you didn't like it🤷 I so wish I wasn't so emotional back then, I guess I didn't get the skills I needed. It's sad but true and I'm very embarrassed about it. There’s many healthcare workers who are not in it for the $$. Working at a Christian hospital is great as a Christian, we can say prayers with the pt, and are actually encouraged to if asked. That and our daily prayer in the morning is nice. But healthcare I feel is a calling, it can be extremely mentally exhausting & also extremely rewarding. The highest of high & the lowest of lowes… if you’re not there for a higher cause, you will burn out.
I don’t listen to country much and honestly didn’t know who this man is. But I really like what he says around 3:50. “If everyone likes what you have to say, you’re not saying it correctly”…might even say what you’re saying lacks depth. Doctor Peterson the personhood of the Holy Spirit is the key to knowing Christ. John chapter 16 describes Him as the Spirit of truth who guides you into all truth. The Holy Spirit is God but exalts Christ so we can know the Father. One has to be born again of the Spirit.
We are not called to save the world. We are called to call the unrighteous to repentance. If you seek to change the world. Know you will change before it does. There is no greater sadness than when you look in the eyes of a stranger and it is your reflection.

Doctor Peterson the personhood of the Holy Spirit is the key to knowing Christ. John chapter 16 describes Him as the Spirit of truth who guides you into all truth. The Holy Spirit is God but exalts Christ so we can know the Father. One has to be born again of the Spirit.

I really don't know if this will get to whom it is ment for, but I don't know how else to get it to him.. as a family I encourage my father to buy tickets to go see Big & Rich at foxwoods casino in Connecticut to see Big & Rich play. What a disappointment I'm so sad was so loud I don't know who did the sound check but they just blasted it out it was so uncomfortable. They sang a bunch of cover songs like ( Cake by The Ocean ).. really 😢 . When you work so hard for you money it was so disappointing. Sorry for posting this here . However it needs to be said.

I feel like most of what John Rich said in this video falls flat when you take into consideration that he touts the song "Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy" as his number one claim to fame. What kind of example are you giving your boys by singing a disgusting, superficial song like that?
