here is the original composer playing his song......ruclips.net/video/xjhqdxk_yZI/видео.html about the same speed so not sure what the problem is. guess the writer ron hynes spoiled his own song just sayin LOL. happy to have your comments though and you are certainly entitled to how you think the song should be played

I think it's just a little too fast and they changed a few words. His version at the Fort Motel is just right.
