On which base Acrylic sheet should be pasted ? Can we directly use 1.5mm sheet on plywood say 16mm or 18 mn ? Or we should use 12 mn plywood + on top 6/8 mn mdf/HD hmr / pvc sheet and then on top acrylic sheet ? Which top up material we should use

@@ramsankar2018 I am planning to do a detailed video on this subject. Please expect it soon. To give you the answer briefly, aluminium windows or the best,. There is no problem of heat coming inside, especially when you have double glass. The price wise when you go for good quality aluminium, Upvc and wood, all of them tend to be almost on the same level.
