    As a customer, the more builders that build affordable tiny homes the better!! Love the look, great job!

    I watch ITH and you shouldn’t try comparing. This is beautiful and affordable! Appreciate there are more tiny home builders to choose from. It’s a great movement to be part of! No hating on builders!!!!! ❤

      What are you talking about? He never mentioned ITH. I watch ITH too, and Randy Jones repeatedly bashes the competition, something that TMH never does. And since you brought it up, ITH offers nothing with the value of this house.

    That is a fantastic tiny house. The only thing that I would change would be a split mini system and a washer dryer combo . I’m sure, adding those two features would dramatically raise the price though.

    $50K is a GREAT price! You can’t even buy a mediocre camper or a vehicle for that price. This home is beautiful and follows the typical TMH style. I like the option to add to the floorplan as well.

      The inbox is intended as a diy where they build basic living accommodations that you make you own or lay other to create the upgrades built in like this. Depends on your price point. These take a lot longer to build and are more expensive.

    • @Twin-1985
      @Twin-1985 Месяц назад

      This one also cost more. I'm sure you can also get all of that from ITH by paying more. You get what you pay for. That's why the I-boxes come the way they do, to keep the price down.

    • @Twin-1985
      @Twin-1985 Месяц назад

      Also, I'm pretty sure some of their other prices are out there as to offset the costs.

    • @jamesmorris8572
      @jamesmorris8572 Месяц назад

      @@Twin-1985 Actually, the I-boxes come the way they do not to keep the price down for the buyer, but to give ITH a way to price gouge the unwary customers with the "amenities", or add-ons. They charge $750 for a half moon, 50 dollar sink from Lowe's, and does not include a vanity or mirror. Just a freestanding 12 inch sink that doesn't cost them more than $200 to install, including labor and profit. They don't offer anything as nice as the sink/vanity in this house, at any price. ITH does not offer a stove with oven, but they'll give you a cooktop and range hood for 1$200-1300. Or a farmhouse sink for $600. $600 for a cheap wooden exterior railing. Bathroom door?- only $650. /S. A low-end Mr. Cool mini-split for $2700. A low-end instant water heater for $1800.Not a single thing that ITH can add-on equals the quality of what's in this Brookside, and that includes the shower and toilet too. All of ITH prices for add-ons are 2 to 3 times above what is fair. reasonable and legitimate. As you said, you get what you pay for, but with ITH, you don't get what you pay for, you get much less.

    This is a lovely tiny home.💕 Its very well made, and has an amazing kitchen! I too, would like a combo washer/dryer, a minisplit, and a bedroom. In the interim, I would opt for a cute daybed instead of a futon.

    I’ve watched quite a few of these tiny home builder shows and this one is extremely nice and well thought out. I’ve always felt 8 ft wide would make me feel claustrophobic and should I need to go into a tiny 10ft wide is as narrow as I would go! I love the cabinets being extended to the ceiling. Love the vinyl flooring (makes upkeep a breeze!) I love the size of the bathroom too. But I would have to add the bedroom and would love a porch but I’d rather have a deck built around it and have access from the front door (of course I know that’s on the owner after it’s parked) Adding a stackable washer/dryer combo and a mini split would make this little house perfect! The price to start is pretty good too. I definitely can see the appeal of this size home especially for singles…might not work for 2 people though.

      A ten for wide requires special shipping costs which are extensive though. An 8’ or 8’6” can be pulled yourself with the right pickup capabilities.

    • @loupereyra8092
      @loupereyra8092 Месяц назад +1

      Hired transportation costs can vary widely depending on where the tiny is delivered. However, in most cases, the added cost to transport over and above a typical 8'6 " wide 13'6" tall unit compared to this TMH Cottage Series 9'2" wide 14' tall is nominal. For example, a delivery of 500 miles can be as little as an additional $100.
      In my book, that's not too bad!

    Great tiny home a perfect size, only the window placement in the end ...if you live full time in a tiny home you want a real bed and not a sofa bed which you'd place on the end. The other thing, GUYS please start matching your floors with the cabinets and countertop designs and colors, with this floor no wood cabinets, or leave them bare to paint. And finally the storing space , how am I going to reach all the way up over the toilet and the kitchen??

      And that's a blessing that they don't do what ITH does.. What does ITH do? Let us count the ways, starting with the Incred-i-box, aka the Incred-i--flop. ITH kitchens include a sink, nothing else - no stove, no refrigerator, no overhead cabinets. No bathroom sink. No bathroom door. No closet. No heating or cooling system- buyer has to supply their own. No on-demand water heater. "Amenities" aren't worth half of what ITH charges for them. Poor customer service. Quality control issues - leaks etc. 30 day warranty, the shortest in the industry. Yeah, thank God they can't do what ITH does.

      Yep, I know where both of you are. ITH has no problem with builders trying to mimick his homes as he's stated, because he knows no one can build them as lasting decades nor price them as low as he does & still make a profit. He hopes other builders will follow suit for truly affordable an American dream home ownership. As a sales rep for them very very proud to be a part of making a difference for others.
      Note: No disrespect towards you or your homes Sir.

Oh well. so now I'm looking at lots of others too. They are out there. :) keep digging to find your dream.

      Every idea that Randy Jones and ITH has ever come up with has been stolen form someone else. Tiny homes have been around long before loser Randy Jones came along He hopped on the tiny house bandwagon, and now takes credit for leading the parade. All to stroke his fragile, short-man syndrome ego.
