Same. Whiskey vault is amazing. Little concerned about the issues of critiquing while producing, but I just hope they just set their own product outside their reviews. I.e. "Our number one is not ours because ours isn't reviewed. We take notes from others, and others due the individual notes better than us, but we hope you love our version or the mix."

I have such a deep appreciation for the spirit and the distillers because of the Whiskey Tribe. Daniel introduced me to whiskey and the culture also the craft behind it. Thank you daniel for making me see more from alcohol. This guys made me admire alcohol and in a sense helped my drinking problem. Went from drinking cheap liquor every day or so, to appreciating liquor and limiting my drinking habbit
I have a bottle of whisky from a distillery over here in the UK which sold a blend of single malts from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales before their own was ready. The Welsh distillery they used were making vodka and gin before their whisky was ready, to keep the money coming in.
Great episode! And I just say Raycons are amazing! There was an issue when I first got it that the tracking number provided wasn't the right one so they got lost it the mail. Raycon was so nice and ended up sending me a better pair because of the mishap. Ever since I got them I'm in love and I've never really liked those type of headphones. I'm always been more over the ear type
One way I have heard to simulate the aging process of whiskey is to pump electricity into the basically "moonshine" with oak wood chips for at least 24 hours and it should rapidly expand and contract the wood chips to simulate the changeing of the seasons throughout the aging process.

I love Crowded Barrel, I was in the area with family and stumbled upon that place cause we were looking for distilleries and stuff to visit, and I saw that there was one on the grounds of the Wizard Acadamy.
