Bangkok's Unexpected Fishing Scene 🐟
Bangkok, known for its vibrant nightlife, is also home to some excellent fishing spots. Our adventure began with a surprise guest joining us, adding to the excitement.
A Japanese Start in Bangkok 🍜
Our day started with a Japanese twist. We visited the Tackleberry tackle shop, followed by a trip to Don Don Donki, a famous Japanese store, where we enjoyed some delicious ramen.
Fishing in Bangkok's Ponds 🎣
First Pond: Peacock Bass
Our first fishing spot was a private gated area for peacock bass. Unfortunately, we didn't catch any fish here.
Second Pond: Baramundi Bonanza
Our luck changed at the baramundi pond. Within minutes, we started reeling in impressive baramundi. The fish put up a great fight, making it an exhilarating experience. We caught multiple big fish, with Alesio being particularly lucky.
Evening Feast 🍲
After a successful day of fishing, we treated ourselves to a sumptuous dinner at a Thai restaurant. The feast included authentic dishes that perfectly capped off our adventurous day.

Pilot 111 Pond: Snakehead Success
We couldn't resist visiting the legendary Pilot 111 Pond. Here, we aimed to catch snakehead fish, and once again, Alesio's luck shone as he caught two sizeable snakeheads.

Bangkok is a food lover's paradise. We indulged in various cuisines, from Japanese sushi and ramen to Korean BBQ and traditional Thai street food. Each meal was an adventure in itself, adding to the richness of our trip.
