Hello sir, I had my interview on 4th Nov for C1/D and my visa is refused under 221G case and it's under administrative processing so any idea how much time it will take for my visa to get approved?
it means the consular officer determined that the applicant was not eligible for a visa after completing and executing the visa application and any required interview.
@@Jeejee14mar yes i was done with my interview they told me they need some additional background checks that's why I'm asking how much time does it takes in India?
I am not sure with my answer, normally it's took atleast 6 months of period,if u want more clarification then please call to this number they will guide u,but today is off( 02226724000)

If u got the C1D visa then it's more easy you will get the job in lot of company if u are fresher or one sailing experience doesn't matter,coz mostly vessels trading in US water so company will pick you and select those who have a valid C1D visa to compare without visa holders

Hence, you can only reapply in most cases six months after the refusal of your visa application.
