Hello Tony, a great video. I was born and raised in Sunderland. Many memories of the pubs and clubs, my Uncle worked at Vaux breweries for many years. I remember coming home on leave from the Merchant Navy and did a tour of Vaux breweries and got to drink a few beers afterwards in the Tap room. I miss the beer and the culture of the North East, six pints and you wanted to take on everybody! Aah, those were the days, have lived overseas for the last 40 years, good memories. Thanks for the video!

Tony your walks are just the best. happy memories of my youth in the late 70s and early 80s. Love my hometown, but i do not recognize much now after so many decades away. Was there in 2014 and I got lost, had ask people for directions and it was difficult to understand some and they treated me like a poor tourist.
