Therefore, it may be possible that some of these cases produce a "false negative" on that premise. Even though it seems like this plantiff lied... what if the truth is that that man's mother ISN'T REALLY his mother??? --- It's definitely possible.

I think she really wants to believe that all of her daughters are as religious as she is but the thing I keep seeing everywhere from religious people is that their children are rarely as interested as the parents and then they rebel the way her daughter did; by going behind their back instead of doing things openly so she can receive actual help on what to do and what not to do
Also, much of the time that children are not as religious is because they have not experienced the trials and tribulations of their parents -- the same trials and tribulations that made the parents religious. Then parents are protective of their children, shield them from life and they cut out opportunities for them to learn their own discretion. The children don't even necessarily rebell. They just look for an opportunity to enjoy themselves because they don't find full fulfillment in the life that their parents are presenting to them. When the parents are warning them, they don't see the reason for the warning. Then they make a mistake that needs to be covered up, in order to continue to receive the approval of the parents.
I mean, she claims to be religious, but, and I’m certainly not saying she isn’t a believer, but when I hear a mother saying things like: “They had whipped cream and everything, and I asked her…HOW WAS IT??” 🤦🏽♀️ I start giving the side-eye, because IMO, that is inappropriate. She acts like more of a friend than a mother, so I’m not surprised they ended up in paternity court.
