I will give her this, and I won’t give her much. She is one of only a few women I have seen actually apologize for getting it wrong, and it actually seemed genuine.

And yes, she could have told her supervisor the situation and to keep peace and for the patient's privacy, and or safety, they would have had to place her some where else.
