I find the show is missing a lot of opportunities to address some real issues that affect women. When discussing whether you've lied about your age, instead of only touching on the silly, or fluffy aspects of it, also discuss the issue of ageism for women. Many women feel the need to lie about their age because youth is valued more than experience. A woman in her 30s is not considered as bankable as her younger counterpart so she feels the pressure to say she's younger especially when she's entering a new industry. And let's be honest, not everyone makes it big in their 20s. Next time, get to the meat of the issue and don't just scrape the surface.
