    Age doesn’t produce wisdom. It produces experience.

    • @e.b.4379
      @e.b.4379 4 года назад +36

      True wisdom does come from experience, both your personal experiences PLUS the experiences of others. However, it's not necessary that experience may come with age. A child who has gone through the harsh realities of life in their relatively short life can have greater wisdom than an adult who hasn't!

    • @dreamyanon5151

      chloeinheels music i think age can produce experience but what makes wisdom is how we perceive and learn from experience or the experiences of others.

      B.M Benyi
      Hmm, I think its vice versa. Wisdom is experience, but experience is not wisdom. We all know that person who can go through things time and time again and not learn a thing. However, wisdom is gained by experience, whether young or old. When there is wisdom, there is always experience. But when there is experience, there is not always wisdom.

    The best and saddest advice my grandmother ever told me was this:
    "Never get to my age and can't take care of yourself"🙁

    • @kimwright6377
      @kimwright6377 4 года назад +55

      You got a lot of likes but no one commented.I will because I’m older and this is something that hits home for me.This is a gem because many young women hook up with men that literally take care of them.They think it’s cute when they talk about all the things he buys them and the trips.But,While they’re doing all of that living it up do they realize that they’re living in his house,driving cars he is paying for and wearing clothes that he’s payed for? They’ll look up and be 40 and realize that they haven’t worked a day in there lives or have anything that they acquired on their own.Good advice from Gma!

      @@kimwright6377 thanks for the comment; but my Grandmother was speaking in terms of her not taking care of health. She was never into working out, and as far back as I can remember, she drunk Pepsi like crazy which contains lots of sugar. It got to the point in her life where she physically couldn't take of herself anymore and needed help with the simplest things like going to the bathroom etc.

    She’s right about garlic. I cook with it at almost every meal, and I swallow it raw to help keep my blood pressure low and my immune system strong. Brushing your teeth and tongue and or eating parsley helps so you won’t have dragon breath. ( aka stank breath)

    I Love Your story Ms. Loni!!!!! Yes!!!!!The Elder ought to Teach the younger!!!!♥️♥️♥️ And Ms. Tamera, Totally agree, because I had to take Castor Oil when I was younger, because I always had problems with constipation, it didn't taste good, but it was and is Most Definitely GREAT for me!!!!! Good for colon for sure!!

    I believe that wisdom comes with experience and not age. So obviously the elders have experienced and gone through a lot in their lives to be able to give some wisdom. Great girl chat!

    Tamera says her gramma told her to drink castor or olive oil... it helps lower cholesterol & then on another episode she said she has no idea why her cholesterol is always high when she goes to the doctor lmao.. I’m dead! Sometimes this show is a huge contradiction, but aren’t we all? 🤷🏻‍♀️

      Also Tamera: "I would never allow a man who i'm not married to call me his wife. I enjoyed the different stages of Adam calling me his gf, then fiance and now his wife"
