One of my favorite core combos is to superset face-up ab exercises with bridge exercises. Alternately working extension and flexion of hips and core allows each side to rest but you can keep moving from exercise to exercise without breaks. You might provide your viewers with a "hips and core" workout. Love your presentation style. Enjoyably straightforward.
Really intense exercises.. Probably the best to be done on floor, rather than addicting for machines.. Triple thumbs up for you.. Wonderfully executed by you Mam..

I tried 4 ab exercises on the 19 ab intense workouts and i swear my abs were torched simply could not do 5 exercises str8. I would take like 4 in block and do hiit sets of say 30 secs to 60 secs with say 15 to 30 secs of rest. No lie they look simple but strenuos Good abs demonstration! Beach weather is t here where im at gotta define the abs this year.This is a Go2 routine.

Great video! My question is whenever I do a movement where I am on my back and I am lowering or raising my legs, I feel a pop in my lower back. It doesn't hurt just annoying. Can I make a modification to stop this or is this something that will disappear with time? TY
It sounds like you need to loosen tight muscles and get the core engaging correctly. I would recommend rolling your spine, psoas and glutes and then working on the pelvic tilt. I would modify to make sure you feel the right things working. If no pain, that is good, but still sounds like something isn't working correctly.
Love the workouts. I personally would take 2 of these and do them back to back. Is that safe? Oh and the workouts you have on the screen don't match the what you have in your description...#2 are in the wrong order.
No, but depends on what stage of recovery you are in. While ab separation may never fully heal, you do want to regress to progress based on how recently it occurred and how much you've rebuilt. So while you can rebuild back to these, make sure you're able to control your abs and properly engage them without them just doming out.

I think sometimes challenging our bodies isn't necessarily about progression but about doing the same, but different. Low plank is often that as we mainly do a high plank lateral walk or crawl. I do also feel it forces clients to engage harder as you will instantly notice if you sag or compensate vs you have a bit more wiggle room when in the high plank position.

Can I do one set morning noon and night time for a total three sets? One set aline to get though all was a killer
I wouldn't. More isn't always better. I would honestly just use 1 per day with the 4 spread over a week.
