Hi dear, it can be a number of reasons. It can be a tension issue, poorly digitized design, not using the right stabilizer, etc. Its really had to tell unless i see what you are working on.

Hello Vitia, congratulations on u new Embroidery machine 🥂🥰. File format for BAI includes DST, DSB & DSZ. However, most peaple decided to just go with DST. So I would recommend you using DST files. with the bobbins, I wind my bobbin thread since the machine comes with the bobbin winder. However when it gets busy and have no time to wind my bobbins, these👇 are great to use. amzn.to/3O4pLfz OR find any other brand of prewound bobbins. MAKE SURE...its a SIZE "L". Yes please, you can use mighty hoops on this embroidery machine. Although I haven't got mighty hoops yet, others are using them on this same machine. The machine has settings where you can add them.

Hello Audrey, not really. Although I some times use Embrilliance to modify some designs i.e. merge different designs to come up with a desired design, with this particular design, I bought it from Designs by Juju.
