@@bobbyrbmg4370 Yeah, everyone gets mugged off for thousands because it's "inconvenient" or "they're too busy". It's desperation or lack of confidence.
@Yyuuhwwwyeah people are crazy with the judgemental comments on here, you’d best believe I’d be getting rid of 95% of stuff at least this guy is getting money for it unlike many manage to do
Got a thriller of a collection here darling. You can beat it on the copper gold plated, doesn’t make a difference if you’re back or white - it’s a bad investment. Here’s my low ball of 485, got me feeling like a smooth criminal 😎
Scamsey is 100% saying that glove was mj's! Selling it for £1000! Scamsey "mj actually wore this on his tour i could maybe take £2 off give you a good deal". 😂😂
Isaac in with the word "Literally" in the first sentence. Funniest misuse of the word so far as well. 😊 This video was brought to you by the SAY LITERALLY association 😅😅
Buying from the Westminster collection, the sellers mum was already scammed. He could only get back what he could as its only really worth spot price for the precious metal. Buy from a reputable bullion or Numismatic dealer and not a company like Westminster collection or Hatton Garden coins they will rip you off for items that are only worth spot price and no actual interest from real collectors.
The first official silver sovereign has only just been released, I don't think the orders have even been released yet, so my guess is the sovereign here will be from a secondary mint. The packaging also gives it away. It'll probably get sold for spot price as the value might not retain because it's not from the Royal Mint.
A lot better than cash ay, nothing better than rocking up to get some fuel and pulling out your gold bars and chipping away at it till you have enough to pay 😂
He’s probably given him the scrap value of the metal rather than the intrinsic value of the collectible coin. Like how some rare £1 coins can be with £20. The coin is literally worth £1 but has a higher value because it’s collectible. I hope I’m wrong, but looks like Jan just got absolutely mugged off.
Negotiate people, 500, 550 was an option
90% of people are afraid of conflict. You can negotiate almost anywhere on big ticket items (Tesco, John Lewis, B&Q) but people are too afraid.
@@Jaymiecain1it’s not that they’re afraid.
@@Jaymiecain1yeah nah not paying more than £3 for a meal deal take it or leave it

Last thing you should be getting rid of is physical assets for promissory notes.

This is true. However the name sovereign is not a trademark and anyone can use it
@davidwood4241 This is also true.
Silver Sovereign? How old is that? One month?

He most likely needed the money to bury the poor woman. Funerals are ridiculously expensive.
If he's the Executor of his mums will and it's split between other people who prefer the money, then he legally has to sell it.
