Good recipe, turned out well. One mistake I made was using chocolate digestives, made a really solid base so a bit hard to cut! Would definitely make again, but maybe use a 9" tin so it's a bit shallower as it's a rich recipe. You don't need much, but you can always have seconds !

Did u have to let the mascarpone cheese set to room temp
