Aggravation, irritation. I absolutely adore the 2 of you and I desperately could use help. I have asked the universe for a teacher because I don’t know what I’m doing. Long story short grew up in the 80s and 90s on punk rock and sarcasm. I’ve been an atheist almost my entire life and I am now coming online and I have no clue what I’m doing.!! What I do know is how much the two of you resonate with myself and my fiancé. I love listening to the 2 of you. Just your voices alone help calm and focus me. I struggle with breath work and get anxiety when I focus on breath. I think for years I held my breath with anxiety that breathing thru it is almost unknown and frightening.
I used to be the same. I had to dig deep to remember a time when I was not anxious and afraid all the time, and reconnect to that feeling. And then grow grow grow it slowly
I find that in guiding people, there are stages of emotional maturity. For instance, there are times when it is appropriate to simply take care of your self better in general, to prepare for times when it is appropriate to just sit with the emotion, to prepare for times to probe about the emotions, to prepare for times to assess and re-evalutate triggers, and it seems the appropriateness is due to the relative responsibility shown by the person to their emotional complex, moving from passive defaults into active choosing. In the beginning, this relationship can be very cold and dysfunctional and scary and that is very different than the eventual loving integration in which the person has become so trustworthy and responsible that they are allowed to essentially choose what they want to feel, when they want to feel it, and setup their relationship how they want it to be into the future. I say that it is just like if two people had a bad relationship but are striving for a better one: there are distinct differences as that relationship progresses from bad reputations to loving understanding and growth.

On the path of the heart have found that emotions are chaotic because they come from beliefs, thoughts, programs and creates perception. Feelings are felt as coming in from Source and are received by the heart through the crown chakra. The feelings are a much higher in vibrations/frequency and a place you realize you are love. The emotions are hard to sit with and have found to accept these emotions, observe them and love them and they just float way. Thank you for bringing up emotions and a way you have found to love them. 🤍🌹

What about dealing with bipolar 2? 9 months heart centered in flow to 1yr of extreme anxiety, depression. Every 2nd yr all my life for 50 yrs... Can do all you are speaking of when I'm well, but can't seem to access it in my down times

Allow minfulness to come up at the same time, to be aware of, to witness, "breathing in, i know you are there, my sadness" my irritation, or whatever arises, without judgement, embracing it, like a mother, quietly.
What are your thoughts on suicide ? When life is too unbearable we only want to escape, what happens if we end our life ? What happens is the will of God so people who commit suicide are just playing the will of God ?

every emotion has been hard to sit with as I spent the better part of 40 years, suppressing them at all cost😂
For me it’s the intensity or degree I’m experiencing it. In reflection it’s shown me how off balance I had become to create such a degree of response
