Unfortunately whatever has shifted for you in your work does not feel as relatable to me anymore. When you spoke before I felt like you could speak and reach into my body and heart and I could feel and relate deeply to what you're saying. Now it feels more like philosophical concepts and out of reach spiritual notions that are hard to listen to or even relate to.I am so glad though that everything you've done in the past has been recorded and written so there's years worth of stuff to go back to.

The emergence I can feel is that I am less reactive to negativity- and if negativity does start to take me down a rabbit hole, I can get out of it faster and feel hopeful, more trusting and positive going forward. Matt and Joy, thank you so much for this. What resonated the most with me in this energy update was the understanding that everything that is happening is what is meant to be happening, and everything that is not happening yet isn't happening because it's not meant to yet. I've known this within myself for quite a while now, but to be honest I don't live as if I believe it all of the time yet. We started a regenerative permaculture farm almost 4 years ago because we felt called to learn to live with nature in a new way, going deeper than we had ever considered before. The learning curve is huge, and it is easy to get caught up in wanting to be at a level of understanding, skill, knowingness, etc. that we're just not at yet because it is a process. I've been feeling this even more deeply this month, and this whole energy update really resonated with me. Thank you for taking the time to put this out there for the world. It is appreciated! I related to learning things from a higher perspective. That is something I am aware of. Also the soul vs. ego in terms what shouldn't be and what is not there that is wanted which really is the impulse for staying in lack. Totally relate on that point. Thank you for this update! For the past 7 years I’ve been struggling with my mental health and have undergone lots of therapy and inner work to help myself. Finding Matt’s teachings have blessed me in so many ways in the last 6 months but from this teaching I have faith that my mental health journey is coming to some type of completion, my massage therapy business will come to fruition as I have been inspired recently, and I will transcend to the next level of my life and I’m soooo ready 😊 eternally grateful for you both! Hello! I feel that all is making 'sense', all that I went through last 8 years, I feel is ending but not see where I'm going. Faith. Few days ago, taking a hot shower, full of joy, my higher is saying: - So, when we will be living like you desire and always saying you deserve, how will you feel? I start laughing and said: Exactly like this, in this horrible place. It's me! So, after this I feel I arrived somewhere. Weel, I loved this update, and I loved to listen to Joy, that I 'know' since few time. I confess, I'm one of the addicted to Mat's talks, laughing all the way, floating. Thank you, Matt and Joy!

I feel like you two are getting closer to an authentic alchemy, and that what I loved about Matt was not lost in this update and really felt it in my heart again, his transmission, esp with his repeat after me. I feel what's blossoming in my heart is that I need to slow down, "not rushing to learn" and see the wait as a gift. Beautiful, Joy, I am not familiar with your work, so I think its just an adjustment because it wouldn't typically be my style the way you approach things, but much love and gratitude to you both.
During the repeat after me, tears came to my eyes. That is my sign that I am hearing and repeating after you Matt along with Joy, the tears meant I was also speaking truth. Speaking to my heart with the words you spoke Matt. I am the person who told you recently, that I have a a long period of time of losing jobs on and off..... It has been something I thought had already ended... yet has come up again in 2024..., maybe like you said for me or my soul to learn a higher learning from it before it is released?? I am currently looking for yet another job. I have only a certain amount of time left on unemployment before its runs out. Anyway, today was a down day for me and those words give me Faith. Faith to trust my soul and to know I have always been cared for. These messages always seem to reach me when I need to hear them. You both seem to know what I am longing to hear at the time you post your video. Thank you both, sometimes I get scared, as I have no one really to talk to or to be my friend ( on top of no job) and my mind projects into the what if's.... Thank you both. My life is transitioning and that may sound nice but the reality is that my past and future are colliding and I am a bit unstable and this blessing is exactly the intention needed to get through this confusing yet powerful shift.

Biggest takeaways: 1. Matt looks great in a blue shirt! 2. The completion is allowing me to resolve patterns of unworthiness and guilt within me. 3. Transcendence is reminding me that everything arising within me is already leaving. May I remember the immaculate unfolding of my life that was always meant to be.
The sun rising and setting metaphor was great. I still don't fully understand the concept of accepting one's present moment as it is--especially for people who are experiencing tremendous suffering or for people who are being bamboozled. Don't you have to recognize circumstances you can't accept or tolerate to then take action to change the circumstances, or accept help from others, or else things just stay the same? It seems like a similar concept to a life blueprint and how on a soul level apparently each person chose to do certain things, experiences in life to have some sort of growth. But I just can't accept the idea that souls really willing plan out suffering in order to learn, have growth. To know the light you have to know the darkness, so to speak--but I just do not think it should be that way any longer. There has got to be better ways. I have hope that we will move in a direction where souls no longer need to experience suffering in order to experience growth.
So many channeled messages, tarot readings…so much coming at us it almost feels over whelming. All these predictions but yet it feels like nothing really happening…all these plantary alignments, solar flashed…this arriving 3 days of darkness, the ‘Flash’….that many still wake up in the morning caving the same old…but yet we wait with this anticipation, trust they say, but yet one can almost feel left behind cause we aren’t feeling all woo woo…and I continue to meditate but yet no sign posts, asking with my heart to connect more with spirit, listening….but yet, nothing…..so discouraging and really looking for like minded tribe…connect. This spiritual journey can be a lonely one
Why not just LET GO...? Constant searching, learning, constant input, all the voices, opinions, views etc... it DOES get overwhelming and we find ourselves battling to stay afloat and wondering where we are, not even sure HOW we are or what we're truly feeling or experiencing... why not just STOP? Be quiet, be still, just flow, when you're still than the the noise stops and you hear the peace and feel the joy of simply BE-ing. Then you hear and can follow the guidance of soul, your eternal voice... just live quietly for a while - practice gratitude, live in the NOW. Spend time in nature, if you can. Pay MINDFUL attention to whatever you interact with, from tasting and thanking your food, to mindfully petting your cat or dog, to speaking lovingly with another human being, really LISTENING to them and taking an extra few mnutes before you respond with LOVE. Look for the little blessings around you in your every day. There's nothing wrong with asking for guidance or support, but having asked, relinquish the wanting, let go of the ask and settle back into knowing you've been heard and life is unfolding JUST AS IT IS MEANT TO in your own best interests. Blessings dear heart. All is well and all is well and all manner of things ARE WELL.
Joy's talking often seems so rushed to me, in a speed just quickly sweeping over contents. Might have to with a quick sharp intellect as well. For me, it is often too speedy to actually feel what is being said. Totally different with Matt, what he says seems to come right from the centre and deeply sinks in.

I have been breathing intense smoke for 15 hours now ,sickening… I live a couple miles south of Eaton canyon & awoke , to an eerie orange aura glow through the windows …What is totally weird, Is JPL is completely surrounded by 🔥 & a huge equestrian center with over 100 horses stabled there & no word ! Haven’t seen any reports !!!😮 They are saying it has never been like this …. The Indigenous peoples would burn it , but in a controlled way… I’ve heard they called it The Valley of Smoke !!!…. So many have lost their lives all their belongings, & furry Loved ones 😢 most cry over their photographs & creatures , not their lost homes 😞 The Winds that made this fire So powerful were unprecedented…!!! Soon as I finish this txt the building I live in , fire alarm went off ( because of the intense smoke outside that had a plastic smoke stench mixed in ) the fire dept is so busy that they can’t come over to turn it off been going off for over an hour now ……😢
That feels like spiritual bypass. I remember when half of my city was totally submerged in water from flooding. SO much was destroyed, so many people's lives. I felt such heaviness, despair and grief in the town. Many of us got together and helped in different ways. But I couldn't help but feel what people were going through. Prayers and heart goes out to you all in California..once again. So much is weather manipulation but it doesn't help to know, all our prayers can help stop this madness.
I remember a time when Matt regularly gave talks in a format called "Project Resolution" about events occurring in places around the world, trying to collectively send helpful energy there directly with love, visualisations and whatever felt appropriate. Alas that format was discontinued.

I feel like you two are getting closer to an authentic alchemy, and that what I loved about Matt was not lost in this update and really felt it in my heart again, his transmission, esp with his repeat after me. I feel what's blossoming in my heart is that I need to slow down, "not rushing to learn" and see the wait as a gift. Beautiful, Joy, I am not familiar with your work, so I think its just an adjustment because it wouldn't typically be my style the way you approach things, but much love and gratitude to you both.

During the repeat after me, tears came to my eyes. That is my sign that I am hearing and repeating after you Matt along with Joy, the tears meant I was also speaking truth. Speaking to my heart with the words you spoke Matt. I am the person who told you recently, that I have a a long period of time of losing jobs on and off..... It has been something I thought had already ended... yet has come up again in 2024..., maybe like you said for me or my soul to learn a higher learning from it before it is released?? I am currently looking for yet another job. I have only a certain amount of time left on unemployment before its runs out. Anyway, today was a down day for me and those words give me Faith. Faith to trust my soul and to know I have always been cared for. These messages always seem to reach me when I need to hear them. You both seem to know what I am longing to hear at the time you post your video.

The sun rising and setting metaphor was great.
I still don't fully understand the concept of accepting one's present moment as it is--especially for people who are experiencing tremendous suffering or for people who are being bamboozled. Don't you have to recognize circumstances you can't accept or tolerate to then take action to change the circumstances, or accept help from others, or else things just stay the same?
It seems like a similar concept to a life blueprint and how on a soul level apparently each person chose to do certain things, experiences in life to have some sort of growth. But I just can't accept the idea that souls really willing plan out suffering in order to learn, have growth.
To know the light you have to know the darkness, so to speak--but I just do not think it should be that way any longer. There has got to be better ways. I have hope that we will move in a direction where souls no longer need to experience suffering in order to experience growth.

So many channeled messages, tarot readings…so much coming at us it almost feels over whelming. All these predictions but yet it feels like nothing really happening…all these plantary alignments, solar flashed…this arriving 3 days of darkness, the ‘Flash’….that many still wake up in the morning caving the same old…but yet we wait with this anticipation, trust they say, but yet one can almost feel left behind cause we aren’t feeling all woo woo…and I continue to meditate but yet no sign posts, asking with my heart to connect more with spirit, listening….but yet, nothing…..so discouraging and really looking for like minded tribe…connect. This spiritual journey can be a lonely one
Why not just LET GO...? Constant searching, learning, constant input, all the voices, opinions, views etc... it DOES get overwhelming and we find ourselves battling to stay afloat and wondering where we are, not even sure HOW we are or what we're truly feeling or experiencing... why not just STOP? Be quiet, be still, just flow, when you're still than the the noise stops and you hear the peace and feel the joy of simply BE-ing. Then you hear and can follow the guidance of soul, your eternal voice... just live quietly for a while - practice gratitude, live in the NOW. Spend time in nature, if you can. Pay MINDFUL attention to whatever you interact with, from tasting and thanking your food, to mindfully petting your cat or dog, to speaking lovingly with another human being, really LISTENING to them and taking an extra few mnutes before you respond with LOVE. Look for the little blessings around you in your every day. There's nothing wrong with asking for guidance or support, but having asked, relinquish the wanting, let go of the ask and settle back into knowing you've been heard and life is unfolding JUST AS IT IS MEANT TO in your own best interests. Blessings dear heart. All is well and all is well and all manner of things ARE WELL.

Joy's talking often seems so rushed to me, in a speed just quickly sweeping over contents. Might have to with a quick sharp intellect as well. For me, it is often too speedy to actually feel what is being said. Totally different with Matt, what he says seems to come right from the centre and deeply sinks in.

went off ( because of the intense smoke outside that had a plastic smoke stench mixed in ) the fire dept is so busy that they can’t come over to turn it off been going off for over an hour now ……😢
That feels like spiritual bypass. I remember when half of my city was totally submerged in water from flooding. SO much was destroyed, so many people's lives. I felt such heaviness, despair and grief in the town. Many of us got together and helped in different ways. But I couldn't help but feel what people were going through. Prayers and heart goes out to you all in California..once again. So much is weather manipulation but it doesn't help to know, all our prayers can help stop this madness.
I remember a time when Matt regularly gave talks in a format called "Project Resolution" about events occurring in places around the world, trying to collectively send helpful energy there directly with love, visualisations and whatever felt appropriate. Alas that format was discontinued.
