Just got an MC for my birthday and it's incredible. Getting 2 novas, and 2 amarans for the studio, and it's going to be freaking glorious with this app. Complete gamechanger for workflow.
I’d like them to add Nanlite and Godox. But also a hardware box with DMX out would be a best seller for them. Using Sidus Link to control older lights via DMX would be amazing!
Truly revolutionary ecosystem, featuring Bluetooth Mesh 5.0 which is unbeliably solid, I was able to control over 50 fixtures simultaneously and made a mesh work with over 800 feet of control using lots of lights as repeaters. Truly impressive and Magic Program allows us to replace complex DMX programming with our phones in our pockets.
@@ProAVTV Ask your colleague Liam... If he checks his messages from 3rd March regarding ifootage Shark nano. Doesn't take more than a few seconds to keep a customer in the loop.
I’ve checked with Liam and we can’t find any emails on that date which weren’t replied to I’m afraid. Can we still help? If you email sales@proav.co.uk I can help make sure the email gets through. Carl
The issue for me is that Sidus Link requires an email address and password (i.e. an online account) to even function. For those of us that are privacy conscious or concerned about functionality being bricked when internet isn’t available, this is unfortunately unacceptable.

You'll have a pretty neat setup going on there!

It's a great ecosystem for sure, and its great to hear that you've had success with it in a real world use case.

Answering your customers is quite important too.... I'd be out of business in two min flat if I ignored my clients...
Definitely! Not 100% sure what you are referring to though?

Ok, sorry to hear that communication hasn't been up to our normal standard. I will touch base with the sales team and find out more information.

Agreed - and we're certainly not alone in thinking this.
