This doesn't look like a bad alternative to save a couple hundred bucks. The Gravely kit is PN 79108800, which is over $400. Installation of the kit is easy. However, although it claims to fit ZT HD, there were still issues. 1. My seat did not have the threaded inserts installed (the 2 forward-most bolts in this video). I had to drill the wood base of the seat and install my own 5/16-18 thread inserts. 2. The kit does not include the seat latch receiver, which the ZT HD does not have. It is PN 5118451 and costs around $50. 3. There are two washers you are told to reuse, which are not used on the ZT HD. You can get the washers at a hardware store. The correct size is ID: 0.531 OD: 1.00 thickness: 0.063. #1 may be due to my mower being the ZT HD Stealth version, since the seat in this video seems to have 6 threaded inserts already installed. Either way you go, I think it the suspension seat is worth it. It makes a huge difference in ride quality.
@@joshrobbins950 I have no complaints other than it was very rough, hence the above mods and the addition of the front castors with "suspension". Changing the castors didn't significantly change the ride with the suspension seat in place. There isn't much benefit to the stealth over the standard HD, I just liked the black.

I have the exact same mower and seat. Installed 3/27/23. They sell a one now specifically for gravely that comes with new seat rails and a plug extension so there are no modifications. The install instructions suck but it works. The basic trac seat sells for $180ish. The gravely/ ariens specific trac seat is $245

Are you liking your stealth? I already have the ZT-HD 52” from 5 years ago, but thought about switching to the stealth.

It doesn’t look like you used spacers. Does it have full suspension travel? They seem to imply you need them if you don’t use their sliders.
it has full suspension travel. The firmness is adjustable with a knob at the front
