Just realized that youtube was still processing the HD version when I published this, but processing should be done pretty soon. Anyway, I hope you enjoy it! :)

I am an American and can identify with that theme of one associating their self-worth as an individual with their job title. It is an unhealthy association and can lead to "living to work" rather than "working to live". Good points about how when one changes/loses their job, that prestigious title is no more. Helps put into perspective that one should build (over the long term) towards their own dreams rather than build the dreams of our employers. Great podcast!

Glad to hear it resonates with you. Yes, many people are unknowingly over-identifying with their role, and it can become a crutch over time. Well said: 'one should build toward their own dreams than build the dreams of our employers'. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

Have you thought of doing videos or films about economics? I'm a fan of Keynes though I know not everyone is

I love those kinds of videos (E.g. Economics Explained). I think it's so important that people understand a bit about economics so they can think more rationally about issues.... I've never thought of doing that, I don't think it's my lane, at least not now. Thanks for asking though!
