Well omen ui technically is for defense only. Goku has his base form power, but he’s able to dodge anything no matter how severe. This is why ss4 was able to keep up. Obviously ultra instinct being a god power is far superior than ss4 but omen ui is pretty much just the imperfected ultra instinct.

Tbh MUI had to win. I prefer SSJ4 by a mile but MUI is the newest thing that Toei wants to promote as their flagship form and they don’t want audiences to see it being beaten unless they plan on giving Goku a new form above it. So in the end it doesn’t really matter what powerscaling might say about SSJ4 LimitBreaker because unfortunately it still wouldn’t beat plot armour regardless. Not saying whether it could or not, I’m not a powerscaler myself but yeah. That’s my take.

Granted goku has been shown capable of maintaining the technique significantly longer then when he first few times he uses it, Meanwhile Ssj4 is a form that seemingly takes little to no stamina to maintain. The form is so efficient it can maintained past exhaustion as shown with goku when he had been beaten so hard even glass was able to cut but he kept on fighting and ofcourse maintaining the form or when Goku fell unconscious but still managed to remain on Ssj4, ofcourse this for sure applies to base Ssj4 though it is possible that said powered up states may require more effort to maintain then base Ssj4 but it is more then likely that even with this it is still significantly less stressful to maintain Ssj4 and its various upgrades when compared to Ui states and likely the SuperSaiyan God Forms. Now going back to strength while it does seem that ui did end up outclassing Ssj4 in power and such Ssj4 does have a few things going for it that might change said conclusion, this being that the form wasn't at it most powerful with it being able to achieve what's known as full power Ssj4 or even SuperFullPowerSsj4 upgrades that can be stacked The limit Breaker Upgrade allowing the form to output quite alot more power, and if this isn't counted because he needs help from others in order to achieve the full power states Ssj4 has a much higher chance of being able to Stack Kaioken as the form doesn't require such a strict requirements to be used and maintained. All in all this was a very cool interaction but Ssj4 did have more power to give

if we go back through DB and add up the strength multipliers of each path, SSG should still be stronger than ss4. In addition, UI would always be stronger than any possible saiyan transformation, as it was already explained that UI brings the maximum potential of the fighter. Let's put it this way, back when SSG came out, people were debating if it or SSJ4 was stronger, no definitive conclusion reached. Let's put it this way, back when SSG came out, people were debating if it or SSJ4 was stronger, no definitive conclusion reached. Then SSB happened, which is stronger than SSG, yet somehow SSJ4 gets bumped up to being compared to SSB. Now, UI, which in itself is two forms and massively more powerful than SSB, is getting compared to SSJ4. I feel like something off about that lol.
