She some times lifts her dress because when she moves, she can step on it. She did the same thing in Norway concerts.

There is a short video of the person who is handling Angelina's black dress and he tells the lady filming him that the dress weighs 45 pounds! Then, he asks her to hold the dress and she couldn't believe on how heavy the dress was. That black dress must have been really weighing her down!
I imagine Angelina's white dress must have been quite heavy as well.
@@LeoSthe black one is made of a lot of metal sequins, therefore much heavier
