I got robbed. Just now notified of your Turkey Time. Better late than never. Years ago came thru your neck of the woods on wheat harvest, from N Oklahoma all the way up to SE Montana. What an experience for a teenager during the summer. Great to see you had a Happy Thanksgiving. The ride along just keeps getting better. Thanks Grant. And YES, Thanks to Dad for clearing the runway at the Black Hole landing.
@@GrantBaker Great videos! I can't wait to be able to get my complex rating. We are still searching for our perfect for us plane. We are hoping for Cherokee 260 or 300 to start off with for our family of 6. I liked the wig wag lights! Have never seen them on a plane before! I call them that because that is what we have on our fire engines and they def get peoples attention. Thanks again for the great videos and the extra knowledge. I'm a low time PP and still trying to learn all I can! Hopefully start IFR later in the year.
@@GrantBaker They aren't. One fixing start college, others in HS. Any other good options? Really don't want something that's going to get way ahead of me, until build more hours, and gotta watch insurance on to many bells and whistles.
It’s tough to find a small plane that can carry 6 plus bags and go any distance. The 300 is probably one of the best options without going to a twin or turbine.
Grant the last time I did a IFR flight and The PIC had to copy his clearance in the air in And below in VFR condition before we got cleared to continue our climb above the overcast conditions and the autopilot is the best tool to have at all times
The quality of your videos is really becoming some world-class stuff! I really enjoy them. But I'm afraid you were overshadowed by your FO this time. Cutest little aviatrix there ever was!
I sure don't like those oscillating lights. Maybe it's not so bad when viewing it in real life. But, one would think they could stop oscillating when the gear touched the runwY.they have a great throw, however. I couldn't focus down the centerline with the flashing going back and forth.
Who gets boring with an adorable little Co-pilot telling You stories:). Great job Grant.
Your videos are nothing but motivation. Thanks for creating and sharing.

I never lived the custom harvester life, but growing up on the farm, wheat harvest was my favorite time of the year!
Emma melts my heart!!
What fun to welcome you back home and watch you land that beautiful plane. Precious cargo!!!
PC-12 pilot here as well. Love your flow verbalization. Great standard practice, especially during single pilot ops. #IlovethePC12
I’ve always been one to talk to myself in the cockpit. 😁
@@GrantBakerThis way you know you’re going to get a good response from your self 😂
Love the 4 camera view on take off. Very cool to watch. Thanks for doing them and please keep them coming.
Emma was so cute. The best copilot I have seen on RUclips yet. Thanks for sharing.
She had so much fun being my copilot! 😁
Your copilot is something else!
Great video! Loved the timer to the first question lol. You definitely had a great copliot...enjoy every minute because they grow up so fast.
Who needs a jet when you can fly the Pilatus!! Love that plane. Have a few that show up at our airport now and then and love the looks of them.
They’re fantastic and, except for a couple trips, it fits our mission perfectly!

IFR will really expand your options! Cherokee 260 or 300 would be good options especially if the kids are still young.

Certainly like the addition of atis data to the screen. Cheers
Great flight Grant, welcome to our neck of the woods!
Thanks Ron!
The purse lights are greatly appreciated during day and nights when others can see you and thank you for a safe flight and a smooth landing
Great flight, Grant
So nice listening to your daughter. Great memories, nothing better.
Ty for the continued stats, safe travels young man.
Thanks Mark!
I LOVE YOUR PC12 VLOGS. I SWEAR!
Thanks!
Magnificent Grant once again, thanks so much for sharing your flights. Cheers
You're an inspiration to fathers and aviators alike.
Thank you!
From Kansas City - enjoyable flight to follow
This was an awesome video! The landing.......... IT’S LIKE BUTTTTTAAAAAA BAAAAAAABYYYY! Great job!
Another great video! Thanks Grant.
Awesome copilot!
Nice flying. We all grew up kind of somewhere in the middle of nowhere!! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks!
My compliments to your SIC (copilot)
I’m so happy to join you as always in my favorite Aircraft
Always good to have you along Bernard!
Loved the comments from the copilot! Assume she’s only instrument rated, can’t see over the dash for visual!
She’s one of the rare IR only pilots! 😂
Excellent as always. Family flights are so much fun. Thanks for sharing!
I agree, they’re the best!

Thanks!
2:15 before first question…how long max time BETWEEN questions! Thanks for ride. Safe travels.
Ha! There wasn’t much quiet time up there that’s for sure! 😂

Thanks! There’s no way I can compete with her. 😁
I see a future PC-12 second in command pilot 😀
Maybe someday!
Nice! Come pick me up at KGOK next time...Cool video.
If I’m ever in the area I’d love to meet up!
Higher than a giraffe? You are out of control sir!
Absolutely outrageous! 🤣
Marvelous video. Thank you. Go Chiefs.

I don’t mind it. There’s also a steady position on the switch so it wouldn’t have to be flashing.
@@GrantBaker oh.. good to know. Thank you, Grant.
With all those kiddos on board, how do you choose who flies F/O??
It’s always a struggle!
Wow
You really should think about waiting a few more years before letting your kids up front
