RESPECT. Absolute respect. Us men should all aspire to remain competitive. Even more so as we enter the twilight years. Thank you for showing all things are possible.
I think "competitive" just means being able to remain somewhat able to still practice the sport and not necessarily "I have to win!". To me, it's admirable to still be in that athletic shape even in your twilight years.
There is so much skill at work in this sport and most of it is not apparent to casual spectators. The wrestler in blue is practicing excellent defense but the technique and quickness (not to mention the strength😳) being thrown at him by red are outrageous. Thanks for sharing this.

I pinned a much better wrestler once by grabbing his junk and twisting. He was so shocked and in pain he was easy to sweep. I got him on his back, screaming in what I can only assume was shock and pain, and pinned him. His entire bench saw it. The ref did not. I almost started a riot. The guy was a total dick leading up to the match, and he had a crazy record. I still laugh on the inside 20 years later.
