Wow I just loved her! . I have seed for that zucchini I am inspired now to grow it. I ha e been vegan for 6 years and since watching you now whole food plant nutrition vegan. I am learning to be super healthy and use things out of the garden. Another good way to preserve tomatoes is solar food dehydration they can be stored in a vacuum sealed bag and used in all sorts of things. I am with her on basil I grow a few sweet varieties from Italy and the flavor is out of this world. As always Thank you for making our lifestyle so much better! Wendy🌸🐞🦋

What I’m looking forward to trying is layering using racks more and trying “pot in a pot” cooking technique, as I have contemplated getting another cooker for rice or quinoa, I might try layering my recipes.
