    No Salt, no olive oil, no cheese...a big NO thank you! Lots of work and you don’t need that enormous amounts of vegetables!

      You are on the wrong youtube channel if olive oil and cheese are your style. You can always add salt. I do. But you're lucky cause the standard american version of "healthy" is prevalent. Eating whole unprocessed animal free products is not mainstream here. For those of us who feel the need to eat a lot and who want to be protected as much as possible from standard american diseases appreciate all the support we can get. Unfortunately our culture isn't a healthy one so your reaction is not surprising.
