The motor underneath lets off a slight smell and it's a little loud ruclips.net/user/postUgkxCKuMxLnvr6fJd_M4SE-n7trcGj3zEUHq but considering it's size and how hard it works to do the job, it's sort of expected. I assume the smell will go away over time. Overall, I love this cute little blender. The extra cups and lids are great too!
Thanks for reviewing the BlendJet 2! Sometimes bigger ingredients require two blend cycles, but it looks like you figured that out on your own. Also, is it just me or does the BlendJet logo sort of look like the Leaf Village symbol 😉

What was the issue. I have ordered one recently, waiting for the delivery.
Just 4 my knowledge what is the procedure if I am receiving a damaged product unluckily.
Don’t worry, if there are any issues with product just take a picture or video and share with their support staff through mail and they will do the needful. In my case the jar threads were broken

With regards to the custom duty, yes, there is one. It is anywhere between 1800-2100. This isn't charged by blendjet but the Indian post office... Blendjet can't really refund this amount since this isn't charged by them. The custom charges would not be taken only when the product is marked as a "gift" as that would exempt any extra charges.. but again, blendjet cannot Mark all purchases as a gift delivery... Best to have it sent through by friends or family in the US.... Or do add up the custom charges with the product price itself. Hope this helps :)

Hi Bro, I took it in Delhi in stores bro.
Mine stopped working after just 2 days. now it dosent charge nor any light blinks. i have mailed the video to them lets see their procudure. my suggestion dont buy these products . no service in india. no office in india. even for exchange we have send it to USA. better to buy indian product. also its very costly plus the extra customs. avoid.

Hello, when did you get your blender, how long did it take to arrive? And when it arrives, did it come to your house or did you pick it up from somewhere? because I bought one on February 2 and it still hasn't arrived.

Hi, i heard u received a broken product. What was the procedure for it to exchange it? And how much time will it again take for it to be delivered to u? Mine took almost a month.
They didn’t exchange, instead they provided me with a replacement spare part which they sent after I shared the details of the issue with them over mail. It took me 60 days to receive my blendjet!

you can get it in flight along with you, it is a portable one. But I guess you won't be allowed to carry it as cabin luggage and you will have to check it in

How much customs duty did you pay for receiving the product in India? I too ordered but here in Andhra Post office people are asking 2000 Rs as customs duty
I was lucky to have not paid any customs duty but now I see this problem with most. I would suggest you talk to their customer care and see if you can get 2000 refund. If not ask them for a full refund explaining the situation.

Ordered on Nov 28, still didn’t received the product nor received any call from India post. Enquired blendjet support they said if I didn’t receive the product by jan 27, 2022 they will replace the shipping and they reshipped and expected delivery is march 2 to 4. Not sure if this also will get stuck in customs. 😣 decided not to buy foreign products in future.
