This is exactly what I always think about her voice - it is so special because somehow it is so soft and clear but it manages to be so powerful (like in Mine for exampla) WHILE still being soft. I've never heard that before. Many voices are beautiful and people can hit notes and belt and so on but this is a quality that is so rare. I only just realized all my favourite Glee songs where sung mostly by her because I listened to them blindly before. Not to mention that Naya Rivera also manages a way of acting that also seems exceptional to me (now I started watching it) as she seems to become Santana, mainly or especially in the way she looks at people and holds eye contact. It feels incredibly authentic and is much above this kind of stereotypical TV show kind of acting that you often see in other actors/actresses. She really seemed one of a kind to me.

I just love Santana. Santana mixes beauty, hotness, a beautiful voice with an alluring vulnerability. Who would not lose it if she sang like that to you. Brittana is too cute for words.
What makes this performance so achingly beautiful isn't only Santana's passion and gorgeous voice, but Brittany's innocence. She doesn't see any of the reasons they can't be together. They don't even occur to her. "So why don't you sing that to me in front of everyone?" I tear up at that line every time. The only thing she knows is that she loves Santana and Santana loves her, and that's all that matters. I think we can all learn a lesson from Brittany.
