Ciao Fiorella and Aden. I often wonder when I see a place that need a full renovation, can I do it, do I want to do it, and after watching these RUclipsrs having to live through the renovations, exhausted, always working, the tireless hours, the money they spend, yet the gratification, the happiness and joy the proud feeling they have as room by room is finished. I see this house, and I say yup, I get it now, all the quirky little niches, the random sinks, even the Pozzo Luce, and yes, the nostalgia of the people and the years gone by. I love this house, I feel this house, it will become a bella casa. The timing isn't right, right now for me. but I want it. Thank you for showing us this Bellissimo palazzo. I have a vision for this home. Tanto amore da N.Y.
you found a nice house, with a lot of original features and, without checking the roof, no structural damage. Hardly any mold so the roof should be fine. The floors seem to be even. You will need a complete rewiring and plumping, and some roofing. New Windows, baths and kitchen. That will not be cheap but I think its worth it, for this house. I'm just back from Bologna
Thanks guy the property looks amazing full of potential and location spot on but I think the renovation would cost too much I guess at least 130000/40€ including the roof and the facade but once is finished wow will look absolutely fantastic
Well, from being from the United States . I do like it but I also think that there is alot of space that you could use fir more rooms or even making even more floors in it because the rooms are so tall . In the states most ceilings are around 10 ft high if that even . So you could make more floors with ceilings that high. Which would make more rooms.
I love the historic charm of these apartments. Unfortunately, I don't know how you would modernize it without ruining some of the charm. It looks to me that the room with the Juliette balcony wash used as a laundry area, not a kitchen. That is the only balcony where you could hang clothes. Such a waste. I think it was once part of that old kitchen, but was reconfigured long ago from the look of that charming old sink. And I wonder the reason it is higher with the stairs? There may also be a toilet at the top of those stairs behind a door you missed in the video. I think you really can't overlook the cost of renovation in this case. I do love the cantina. Seems there is also a fireplace you missed down there. Would be a great entertainment space with a half bath in the storage area below.
Really gorgeous and special. Grand. Question: Did it even have any electricity? And no way to heat it, including no fireplaces or wood ovens. Very interesting!
In the US this would cost at least 400,000 USD in my city-the roof, plumbing, updating the electricity, new kitchen 2 to 3 bathroom. Could you please tell us roughly what it would cost would be in Italy. More importantly, how long would it take to get the house complete?
This is very charming. I love those vaulted ceilings. No complete bathroom in the house. How did they bath? I thought I saw a chimney in the storage area. Behind the entrance. Is that correct? How much do you think it would cost to renovate these apartments and adding a proper kitchen and bathrooms?

That one is really special. It is always special when old fetures are still existing.
Love the potential of this one, just need to figure out two full bathrooms….
14:08 These are my thoughts when I think of what it will be like for me if I get to move to Italy myself. I love your introspection!
This one is FANTASTIC
I really like this one, it has so much character and huge spaces. It also looks really dry and is in the historic centre of the town. ❤
Too much work, but would be great for someone who has the time and money to tackle it.
I would buy that home in a heartbeat if I had the free cash. Thank you for showing it to all of us.
What a massive space with so much history! A true gem if you can manage putting in all the TLC it needs......
Oh, the possibities !! Gorgeous 😍 TY
You are so welcome!
Wow this one looks like an adventure playground for an interiour designer. Hey, I just had a great business idea in Italy. 😊
Eu só consigo pensar em "... como limpar isto tudo!...." É muita sujeira!!!!!!

What a great find. It could be a beautiful home. ❤ I think the price needs to come down to sell.
It definitely has potential but it would cost a lot of money to renovate this place
Lovely feel to this one but lots of water ingress from roof and ceiling.

I’d love to know when it was built and the history.
