woww the narrative they put on her is absolutely insane! I actually thought she was a big dr*g addict/ alcoholic. I feel for her so much :( this made me super emotional. Her bravery is truly inspiring
Me too. Prior to "Praying" and the lawsuit against Dr. Luke, I found her trashy, repulsive, and devoid of talent. All her songs were high-pitched autotune and I didn't exactly find "Brush my teeth with a bottle of Jack" (Daniels) particularly poetic. It baffled me how people listened to this Hollywood white trash just because it was heavily promoted and played everywhere. Well, fast forward a few years and I was absolutely stunned at her vocal range, maturity, trauma and coercion experienced, character, personality, and ability.
I had NO idea Kesha was SA'ed *before* her debut album even came out! Wow! It doesn't matter *when* it happened, though. I'm just astonished and saddened that this woman had to go through this even before her career even took off.
Your love is my drug. Oh the memories with that song at 19. I had met my ex and as they say they were the "good old days" before the turn into something you wish you could erase.

Thank goodness!! I was just telling everyone to boycott him. He's the scum that literally knocked Britney, Lindsay Lohan, Keisha and others down during their worse times of their early twenties.
Kesha’s music defined my high school days, the more I learnt about her, like how intelligent and kind she is, I liked her more. Seeing the Dr Luke case happen in real time was heartbreaking, I believed her immediately. Although I loved the music that started her career, it wasn’t authentically her and I wished the best for her, hoping that she could get her career and her life back. Then Zedd reached out to her about True Colours and that moment at Coachella where they performed it together is to this day so iconic. I still get chills every time I watch it. I love all of her works as well as her, I’m glad she survived and seems to be doing better now. Animal 4life 💛💜
I saw her in concert last fall and wow, she put on an amazing show. My tickets were super cheap and I left feeling like I should have paid more!! Btw there was a massive line for blocks and there was GLITTER ALL OVER THE SIDEWALK!!! 🤩
Love kesha. I should look into her newer work. I think the last thing i heard by her was "praying" and it still makes me cry when it comes on my playlist. I was one of those kids who looked up to kesha too. I think i was 14/15 when she blew up. What an absolute time to be alive 😭❤️
Ive always loved kesha. Being about 26 or 27 when she “came out” i remember she just kinda hit the world in a whirlwind. Me being a bit older and not a party girl, also loving more of a classic rock- i still vibed with kesha so hard! She then.. disappeared. A few years later i found out what happened and was so sad for her. The entertainment industry is a literal hell hole that sucks up these young people and literally steals their life and innocence. Kesha is so strong. And her vocals are so good. She deserves the best after everything she went through & everything she stands for. I’m glad she is still singing. Her song “Praying” is phenomenal. Great deep dive!
This video filled a girlfriends void. I laughed, I cried, I mentally threw my arms around her and said aww baby girl. She inspires me to develop my voice again, too. I also wanna talk about who does her amazing costumes and scenery designs and comes up with such creative eye candy videos. I wanna meet both of them!
I wouldn't go that far. There are lots of grammatical errors in these videos and even spelling errors in the on-screen captions. This team needs to add a copy editor, or at least someone educated, who can proofread their script. The same errors keep popping up in multiple videos. I want the information but the delivery often leaves me shaking my head.
I had no idea so much drama went down before her debut single even came out. I assumed all that mess happened later on. Also, that wasn’t Dr. Luke all over her in the Tik Tok video. It was Dirt Nasty. He was in the Scary Movie franchise. Crazy how the Tik Tok app was named after her song. Makes sense though, the song being as huge as it was and all.
Kesha truly shaped who I am today. I love you girl, I’m so sorry you went through this. You healed me in ways no one else could. My first ever concert at 12 years old. You will always have a special place in my heart.
I love her so much. I was supposed to see her in Tulsa in 2011, but while we were waiting outside the venue they announced that she never showed up. At the time I didn’t know about Dr Luke so I remember being kind of mad, or at least bummed out. I was so lucky I got to see her in 2018 for the first time since I wasn’t able to make it to her rescheduled 2011 show. She was amazing and she played so many of the old hits still.
Used to hate myself for not being popular, talented or good looking. Glad I wasn't any of those, God chose a different path for me because it's becoming more and more apparent that everyone of these people I envied have been suffering more than I could ever have imagined. Crazy how things come to light some 20 years later.

Love or hate her, she was an icon. The “it” girl
@@kadygirlforever😂😂😂😂😂
I’m supposed to wake up in 4 hours to drive 12 hours but I CANNOT stop watching this
When I’m watching, you’re an hour into your drive and I hope it’s alright and was worth it!! Be safe stranger.
Safe travels! ❤❤
How's the driving going?
Don't read this while driving though.
No self control
And now Perez Hilton barely gets 2 likes on Facebook and is nobody. Karma is a real bitch 😎
he continues to berate other female artists like Xtina, but luckily no one listens anymore
The Jojo Siwa reference lol.
Thank goodness!! I was just telling everyone to boycott him. He's the scum that literally knocked Britney, Lindsay Lohan, Keisha and others down during their worse times of their early twenties.
Karma's only a bitch if you are 😉
@@hisnameispanwait Xtina? The girl that Eminem had that weird crush on/ weird obsession with?
I love Ke$ha. I'm 60 and recovering from stage 3 colon cancer.
I hope you're doing okay
Weird flex
No one asked for that last but of info 🤦 y'all say anything for attention 🙄
Kesha’s always been underrated!! I hate what happened to her, and always pray she can make it back!! 💗
Animal 4life 💛💜
Kesha will always hold such a special place in my heart
You should do a part 2 that starts where this one ends and talks about what happened between her disappearing and her reappearing with prayer to now
I saw her in concert last fall and wow, she put on an amazing show. My tickets were super cheap and I left feeling like I should have paid more!!
Btw there was a massive line for blocks and there was GLITTER ALL OVER THE SIDEWALK!!! 🤩
I saw her post Praying in Cincinnati. She's absolutely amazing! One of my top 5 concerts of all time.
The editing on this video is amazing
Thank you ☺️
Love kesha. I should look into her newer work. I think the last thing i heard by her was "praying" and it still makes me cry when it comes on my playlist. I was one of those kids who looked up to kesha too. I think i was 14/15 when she blew up. What an absolute time to be alive 😭❤️
HBO Max level documentary over here. Well done.
Ugh. Glad you are covering this. #freeBrit #freeKesha
Kesha is such an icon I’m hype for this
this deep dive is incredible!! I would absolutely love if you did a part two, there’s so much to Kesha’s story that deserves to be told🩵
Kesha is amazingly talented. Very underrated.
The one eye symbolism is insane. We were so impressionable
Tik tok was not a coincidence. Industry plants are real
Flaming triangle on her forehead? I don't know why I never noticed that shit in 2009 but it sure popped out in this.
High road is my fav kesha album! It’s literally the best
You guys need to deep dive on lady Gaga next. I will patiently wait for that
There is already one
Uhhh really where? Haven’t been able to find it
@@colbyjack8721 You are right. I thought I had seen this one, but it was another documentary about her and I dont know which one and which channel posted it.
@@ilsev6511 darn i’d be interested in that

Kesha is one of the most underrated stars but alsp popular and talented. This shows that even celebrities have a hard life.
I can’t believe I never knew Kesha was the girl on the song right round, literally amazing
no same i always thought it was katy perry 😭
She sang the banger that opened Barbie diaries
Kesha had such a strong hold on me when she first came out man.
Sammmee 💜
love Kesha and her music so much. This industry loves ruining and terrorizing talented women. I hope she can come back and reclaim her spot. Great video
Thank you for going in depth on the situation! As a fan from the very beginning who was actually in this video, Watching this broke my heart all over again. Kesha deserved SO much better and I really hope the GP give her all of the support now that she’s a free woman. I was hoping to see more on the rainbow/ gag order eras but this was a great video overall. Thank you again for putting the time into this.🙌🏻
Oh my goodness !! You’re IN THE VIDEO?? That’s incredible💓💓 I’ve been a fan since i was 8 years old, and a free Kesha supporter since I was 13. When me and shelby started this channel, we knew we wanted to do a Kesha video… and I am sooo sooo proud of how it turned out. Thank you so much for watching, I rlly RLLY appreciate the support💓💓
The editing always eats
Kesha is so strong. And her vocals are so good. She deserves the best after everything she went through & everything she stands for. I’m glad she is still singing. Her song “Praying” is phenomenal. Great deep dive!
Damn that was one of the sickest intros😮💨. Circus fit so well too.
Thank u very very much. it’s been in my mind since 2021 and I was v happy to finally execute it🙏🩷
Another piece of art production. I feel so sad when a DeepDive episode ends. Because i literally dive so deep into this world that i dont wanna leave.
Aww tysm🙏✨
Thank yall for feeding me as I drunkenly eat my burrito and fries at 1am bless u
I respect her so muchh she helped me survive HT and CSA

She's effing gorgeous and talented. 💜
The video claims Dr. Luke was largely responsible for creating her look and crafted her image so… go ahead and send him a shout out!

This video made me so emotional. LOVE Kesha!!!
Omg same
Y’all never miss ! Literally the only videos I’ll fully watch
the production and editing is top notch!!! I always look forward to these! Amazing job DD team.
Thank you!!
You will always have a special place in my heart.
love this hour long Documentary about Ke$ha while everyone and their mother are talking about t swift

The instrumental background tracks for this deep dive are immaculate 👌🏻💋
The production of this is magnificent. Great job!
Been waiting for a Deep Dive upload ! Love yall 💖🖤
Today Kesha is charting on Spotify being an independent artist, and Dr Luke and Katy Perry are a giant flop!!!

Used to hate myself for not being popular, talented or good looking. Glad I wasn't any of those, God chose a different path for me because it's becoming more and more apparent that everyone of these people I envied have been suffering more than I could ever have imagined.
Crazy how things come to light some 20 years later.
Kesha is so much more influential then many realize
Kesha is so iconic. I love herr
Not my generation of music but I enjoy your deepdives. Ke$ha has been a soundtrack in the background of the past 2 decades. I hope the rest of her life makes up for the past. I had read something about the Dr luc stuff. Tragic what happened to her.
I've heard of Kesha, heard the song Tick Tock and heard a lil about what happened to her, but Never knew her story. I'm So glad she is rising above who that sick man put her thru... Wish her the absolutely best With Love ❤️❤️
Such an amazing Deep Dive 🩷 I’ve always loved Kesha I’m so happy she’s finally got her Freedom and her Voice Back now, such a sad start to her career i always imagined how it would’ve been if she did release her First Album 05’ 06 time
My friends and I were obsessed with the song Paris Hiltons Closet in college and it makes me so sad that this was the night that came out of. I love Kesha.
That intro is actually such a remix
I cry a couple times watching this video. Kesha really went through so much 💔💔💔
Painful story... One of the most underrated artist .. God bless her❤❤❤
