In 2016-2017 I had a sinus cold . I used a nedi pod thing and my ears have been clogged sense... I went to an ENT 2022 finally got health insurance. It's been years since my ears have been clogged. I was told there isn't much hair in my ears and that I should stop smoking. I've known people who smoked all their life no ear issues. And I only smoke weed. Ik smoking is an irritant but still. That's all my ent said. Said there's no fluids..and to take Flonase and stop smoking. I swear to GOD it only happened cuz of the nedi Pot. I get extreme anxiety cuz my right ear feels like it's underwater all the fucking time and I can't do nothing about it. Feel like I need surgery. Like I wish I could cut my ear open and clean it from the inside or some shit

You can control the discharge that comes out of you ear with diet. Your hearing will still suffer and may need surgery to improve that.
