I think this one of my favorite LN interviews you've done so far. I've been a fan of Hayley Atwell since First Avenger. What an insanely beautiful woman inside and out and super-talented. She's also a great fit for the Mission: Impossible franchise.
This is the 1st time I’ve heard an insightful chat w/Hayley. I mean I have seen 10 second clips of her interviewing but not like this. I’m sure there are other videos out there but this was my 1st introduction to her personality outside of film and television premieres
Excellent questions per usual Perri. I esp. liked the one about what got aHaileyninto acting. Her answer about her experience with a casting director, then pursuing drama school was very informative. I aspire to work with professional actors on a project one day. I really respect the work drama students do and the level of drive it takes to be good in their craft. Hailey sounds amazing and I can't wait to see her in this Mission. Cheers
Haley Atwell has been my favorite actress since she appeared in that "short" attached to Captain America. I thought then, "here's an actress with real "chops." Loved her on TV in Agent Carter; the first season went well but the writing and story line cratered in season 2. She did her best to carry the show. I had Mission Impossible "fatigue"; it had become formulaic to me and boring. Then I saw the ads showing Haley was in Dead Reckoning, Part 1. Immediately I thought "I gotta get to the IMAX for this one." Wow! did it deliver. And Haley Atwell, superb. She was one of the main contributors in making it the best film in the MI series. She put the same amount of effort and concentration into this interview. I learned a lot more about her and how she approaches her work. Many actresses won't expend the energy to communicate to the viewer, others don't have the gray matter to offer. Haley Atwell is the entire package; she is going to be a presence in entertainment for a long time to come.

Incredible interview as always perri! Hayley is such an incredible actor and ill echo everyones sentiment here that ive never seen her give a bad performance. Obviously youre an incredible interviewer, so i feel a bit like telling picasso how to paint suggesting this but Hayleys discussion of her acting school experience got me thinking about how different non american and american actors career paths have become over the past few decades especially in starting acting. It would be interesting if in a future interview you asked a non american actor what differences theyve noticed in americans approach to the craft and what things they may have learned about it from working w/ American actors that they didnt learn before (or vice versa).
This woman is so stunningly gorgeous that I guess even in pajamas I would find her irresistible. The fact she's that intelligent and that talented makes her an absolutely amazing 10 out of 10. The fact she's over 40 is also utterly unbelievable, she's mysteriously way too beautiful for her age, I mean she looks like a twenty something, but oozing class instead of dumbness, omg... she's phenomenal. Top of the top wife material.

American actors teach them to focus more on getting their hair, makeup and cosmetic surgery just right.
