I've been a fan of Gabriel-era Genesis for a long time, but I never cracked into PG's work after Genesis. I've loved "Solsbury Hill" for a long time, but tonight I found myself moved to tears by it. I then decided I'd give this set a shot, and I'm loving it so much.
A most dynamic and prolific performer, that spans MANY styles and genre's of Music. Pete is a A true Pioneer of music!!!
Find myself watching/listening this song in a loop....when Peter plays the blues....
Jerry on bass. Tony on drums. Then Peter on drums and Tony on piano!
And Sid McGinnis later to be in Letterman/Paul Shaeffer's band for along time on guitar. Very cool!!

Now THAT'S how its done! I bought this album in 1980 when i started my second year at noth Texas State University in denton and it was a big hit among the jazz players there.
