Yes, this is the way it brings it in. There's another workaround way to bring in the labels, find documentation here: support.kobotoolbox.org/pulling_data_into_powerbi.html and here: support.kobotoolbox.org/synchronous_exports.html
It depends which server you're on and what kind of project. On the global server, it should be about 10,000 submissions per month. On the humanitarian server, it's unlimited for humanitarian organisations. How many are you anticipating?

How can we set permitted users only
