We took this video to show you how to remove and replace the Cantral Console / Arm Rest Support on Mercedes W163. This should cover the whole generation with some very minor changes after facelift.
The whole procedure is not very complicated at all once you see the video and you know what to do. You will need minimum tools for the job. This should cover the gas and the diesel w163:

This was so helpful. My switch panel broke and fell into the console. I hadn’t been able to roll my windows up and down and this helped me fix it. Thank you for this. Great detail and very helpful info about disconnecting wires. Now to remember how to properly reconnect each one!

Christian Revels I brought my Yaw sensor from amazon.com for like 50 bucks that I put it on myself. This video and another video from a guy named Nic'ole will show you exactly where it's located at. it's easy to put on yourself you can do it in like 20 minutes flat.

Hey is the transfer case module under the console? or the transmission?
My keys won't come out from the ignition. Before I could just push the shifter forward in park and it would come out. Not its stuck. It happens every time I park on a slope like my driveway. Do I have to remove the shifter to get to the lock switch in front of shifter? Or is there an easier way?
I have a ML 320 and need parts for it. My car stood outside where we stayed and I really nead someone to help me to get my car on the road..
What type of screws can I get since to mount the center console since the clips are broken :( ? And it just sinks in, please advise.
