My maternal grandmother, born & raised in Plaucheville, Louisiana (you know that place, right? ;p) named me for a friend she had in her childhood. Every time I meet a person by our name, I ALWAYS ask "how do you spell your name". I just HAVE to ask EVERY TIME! Who named you @a.i.m.e.e? I'd love to know the story behind that!

I have always hated green lima beans but I absolutely love butter beans. Why are some green? Are they just unripe?
