You can drastically speed the process up by turning in 9 of the Hunts, receive the rewards then turn in the last one. You can then decide if you want to keep or hard close only difference is when you return you will only have to turn in 1 instead of all 10. This methods saves time especially if you have to keep hard closing.
Reminds me of when I did this in Borderlands 2 with Captain Scarlett, trying to get that perfect Pimpernel.
I remember that DLC. BL2 was such an awesome game.

Borderlands series is the best Looter shooters ever made they r the OGs.
A more efficient way is to Alt-Tab, disable your network connection and re-enable it back again, then return to the game. The moment you disable it the game loses connection to the server and sends you back to the authentication screen. This way you don't have to reload the game again or watch those three intro screens.
Also, make sure that whatever Legendary you are trying to get is actually in the loot pool. I spent around 2 hours trying to get the Ugake Otarah Cowl only to find out that it's not among the hunt rewards.
2 hours? I spend nearly 3 days for that mask. Got all others though. 60 to 70 Chem Plants later on tier 15 and have yet to find it. The drop rate on the Cowl is -0.00001%
@@davedelorean2383 You must have missed the point. I never got it. Because it's not in the loot pool. 2 hours means you reroll that shite for 2 hours straight and it's pretty annoying, about 3 minutes a roll. and I passed on the beret cause I thought I

You don´t have to hardkill the complete game just kill your Internet connection for a second. So you dont have to relaunch the game and watch the logos again and again. Just log in again walk back to Noah and repeat if needed.
I forgot which RUclipsr pointed it out, but not every gear is obtainable from Noah such as the sought after Ugake helmet for the trickster. There's a Reddit post made about it too.

It’s not entirely useless, there is a lot you can get to help bring a build together. As far as weapons go: I don’t think people know what can or cannot drop it would be cool to get a deathshield this way from ugio.

I heard something about certain pieces not being available in your pool of legendaries that can drop being related to your progress in the expeditions. So if I understand correctly you can’t get some of the pieces from the hunts or bounties until you complete certain expeditions for the first time
@@vergel2 I've talked to NickTew while he was streaming and he hasn't completed EoTS to obtain every single Legendary but he did mention that Ugake helmet for trickster is super rare that he's only had it drop once
Three important things to add:
-You can't get ANY item, the loot pool is limited to a few items.
-It can save you a lot of time if you just disable and re-enable your internet connection. Takes too long to boot up the game.
-You can turn in 9 quests and leave the screen to get the save and then use this method (Maybe not as important as the other two).
Agree the loot pool is limited and you CANNOT get everything from the hunt.

I have not got the acari chest piece but I have got the other chest pieces for pyro and techno. I dont see why that particular chest piece would be omitted though
Only problem is because of the loading time to get in the game this method could take the rest of my natural life
Haha, agreed. You can remove the intro video tho, saves you some time. Just rename the video file in the video folder.
Just deactivate your lan card or pull the cable from your router to force a dc. You'll get an error message and after you reconnected you'll end up in the game where you need to press a button to get to the character select.
This works on pc and consoles.
You can even further speed up the process by handing in 9 out of the 10 monster hunts, then exit the dialogue, the game will save and leave you with only one hunt left to hand in and repeat the process as described in the video.
Hopefully next patch fixes log in delay like they claim
They really need to fix that issue. Getting kicked out when playing with a friend. 45 minutes later you might be in again. Actually at this very moment I've been trying for 15 minutes to get in. Close game, try again, close game try again. We call it blowing the cartridge. Remember the old NES games? Blow the cartridge and hope it works.
I play on PC and have SSD the load times are pretty fast. My wife on Xbox takes forever!
The legendary weapon for the bounty contracts is only farmable on the FIRST time you do the questline. After that you don't get to pick the gear for each turn in, which is what allows you to pause before finishing the dialog the first time

I tried it on Xbox, got cannonball pants first, quit the game, started it back up, got gloves on second try cannonball again, and going for the 3rd attempt now 🤞🏽.

I did the same thing for two days for the hunt missions. Never once did one of the two armor pieces I was looking for drop. I am convinced that individual loot pools get expanded (randomly) by current progression.
Be aware that this farming method has a limited loot pool, so certain set parts like the trickster Ugake helm will NOT DROP.
This isn’t true. People believe this assumption with 100-150 runs. Acari is a perfect example. People claim the chest isn’t attainable, but many have gotten it, I do agree with you that there are a LIMITED group of more common legendaries, but there are also less common ones that are much harder to come by.

By the way you can turn in 9 of the 10 back out save and then just turn in the last one. This prevents you from wasting time and doing all 10 everytime when you can just do the last one and then check to see what the legendary farm was.

PRO TIP - turn in 9 bounties and back out of the dialogue menu. Then go back into his dialogue and turn in the last quest. This allows you to only have quest to turn in if you’re farming over and over.

Also if you care about the level of the equipment complete all the hunts/bounties on tier 15. Should Guarantee a level 40 at least legendary

Easiest way for me was to switch over to wifi and just click the wifi button off and on and it take u back to the sign in menu. Instead of altF4 or having to reach behind your pc to unplug ethernet....
No need to unplug ethernet cable, find your network adapter, Control Panel>Network and Internet>Network Connections, right click and select disable. When you're ready to resume right click enable. Leave that window open in the background and alt+tab instead.

I got the cap hunter mod this way i had to alt f4 log in about 20 times i think:). The one i really want is the helmet that replenishes ammo when using hunt the pray:).

Hey, not a bad video. Just a few things, if you do the armor trick, turn in the first 9, then back out of his dialog and the game will then save with only 1 bounty left to turn in. This makes it much faster if doing that trick.
Second and most important, this video is a bit misleading. Not all armor drops from Noah, thus you might not be able to get that piece youre looking for. Example: Dev Seismic Helm and Chest dont drop from Noah. They are only unlocked in expeditions. People should check the Noah loot drop tables on Reddit.

@@NeightrixPrime I spent 2 days trying to get the reforge gloves, which are allegedly listed on the pool, and never drops... And also, key pieces to my build do not come from here.
The hard quit also works with the Hell's Rangers AR farm. Didn't get the firepower rating after switching to Tactical you need? Just alt F4 and all the ARs will reset to factory settings for you to try again.

Side note: you can hand in 9 leave the convo, let it auto save, talk to him again and start this process, that way you only have 1 hand in 2 skips and then the lego. Saves alot of time in the long run.

You have to buy a random weapon from
A vendor first so the game can save then improve the rarity on whatever piece and hard close if you didn’t get a good roll. The game forces you to have one mod if you mess up the process
There’s a Reddit forum out there where people tracked the drops from turning in the hunts to Noah. From the numbers it has been confirmed that there are several pieces of legendary armor sets that only drop from expeditions and cannot be received from Noah. Less research has been done about Ugio and what drops you can or cannot get from him.
Update, it’s possible these drops weren’t showing up for those crunching the numbers on Reddit because they haven’t finished all the expeditions. Apparently some legendary gear and weapons are locked from what is available to drop until certain expeditions are completed for the first time.
I really feel like for the legendary farm that you are just better off running CT 13 or above. I can finish chem plant and boom town with gold every time and for me at least the game takes almost that long to reboot after a hard close. It takes minutes for me just to get to the point where I can hit Space to log in, then you have to launch it and wait for it to load into the game. While I get that you can just keep doing this over and over and get what you want......eventually, it is just so tedious to do it this way. I have done this a couple times and then just got real tired of having to wait for the game to launch. The mod slot thing though is solid and I do use that one.
I hear you Mike. I can go from desktop to game, check the gear and hard close in a couple minutes.
@@LtBuzzLitebeer It can be a good way to force a build if you are starting out and can't farm the high CTs yet, but for me at least I would rather just take the dice roll every 5-6 minutes. Either way, it's good to get the info out there for those who want to do it.

Also, doing 9 hunts/wanted on world tier 1 and the last one on world tier 15 will give you all the rewards on world tier 15... way faster to farm like that
Just perfected my techno now i need to finish the trickster I left on ct10. When I left it I thought it was the best possible build for that point. Coming back to it, it had dead mods, bad rolls and everything was lower level. Transferred the gear to my techno who is stacked on resources and t3 mods. Specced it all out. Niw I just need a deathshield, embalmers and a couple trickster t3 mods
You could also talk to zahedi swap the variant of a weapon then back out it saves then talk to him again and do it

When you're doing the gear improvement method make sure your cursor is not on any of the three choices for type 2 mods when you hard quit the game. If you leave your cursor on one of the three type 2 mod choices when you hard quit the game will count the one your cursor is on as your choice and put it on the gear piece. I lost a few pieces because of this.
What I like to do before I start looking for a permanent mod on a god roll green or blue is to change the mod on a dummy piece of gear to any other mod it doesn’t matter which one. Finish talking to him and the game will do a quick auto save and talk to him again and now you can go and improve the rarity on your god roll piece and if you don’t see a mod you like close the game and rinse and repeat. You don’t need to spend any scrap and it will only cost you about 100 leather. It’s also much faster.

I mean a friend example I had a four or five grim Morrows they are all exactly the same they’re all stabilized LMG and honestly I don’t have this one remember exactly what they have for Rob attribute my Benjamin to run the same on everyone so any subsequent ones you get here just throw in your stash so you other characters can’t break them down for mods

Not all legis are in noah loot pool. On reddit theres a chart of what legis he has... no ascari headset and dev chest peieces amongst others...

Great content. I am somewhat new to outriders. A friend and I will play a few hours. When we started playing I was told to play the campaign in world tier 3. After the campaign start leveling up the world tier. My friend and I finally finished the campaign and started the drop pod missions. Needless to say the first one we did ok. The second one took a lot longer to finish. The third one we were smoked. We do not have any legendary items. The stuff we have has been upgraded as much as possible. I am at 37 and my friend is at 33. Not sure if its a level or not because the game shows us at level 30. The last pod mission we couldn't kill anything fast. We plowed through so much ammo with not much to show for it. After the last pod mission we are not sure what to do. The pod missions take so long that we are not getting much of a reward. We are at a loss at this point. The pod missions are not worth doing when the rewards are minimal. Your expertise would be helpful to get us where we should be at this point and what we need to do. Thank you for any help with this.

Pity this method doesn't work for Acari Boots / Chest as Monster hunt NPC doesn't have them in his loot table. Back to trying to get to CT higher to try RNG again.

In theory this is a fast way to get that legendary you want, but login in into this game is a pain in the butt. Sometimes it takes ten minutes, so login in and out again for this method is horrendous... But it works ..
They need to fix the game if everyone spends most of their time circumventing it to get gear. Signing out for now.
And because it’s like the hallway controllable all truth that you have it’s the only way to get a complete outfit with exactly what you want on it minus the attributes obviously

Choosing only occurs the very first time you complete the hunt. After that, it.will happen automatically.

I can't finish any expedition due to it booting me out. This has happened to me each time I'm with a team
It's a glitch. You get booted when they start it up. For some reason, sometimes people can stay, but usually it auto-kicks.
I've tried even having people join in the game's beginning menu and it didn't seem to prevent it. Having them look at the expedition map table before starting worked the time I did it, so maybe that could prevent the issue
the monster hunt farm does NOT yield all legendaries - only about 7 or so.
So before you waste your time, look on the interet to see the legendary you want is even available through this method.
im getting more loot from pitty chests than from completing expiditions on gold so now i just farm by failing 3 times before end and then i get around 60+ items

You don't have to use a vendor and waste scrap, just change your group settings. Save your scrap to buy titanium
Dude if you’re using this method anyway you should just only work with blue gear if you’re just using to upgrade my 50 should be using a half green gear that has the right attributes or blue hair away upgrade twice on a piece of green if you’re only going to her home keep doing it until you get the right second man anyway
On PS4 this could take you up to 10 minutes just to get back into the game for each attempt. Such a shame that SE will never fix the "Signed In!" issue.
In rift town, the game will auto save every time you run by the matchmaking flag. It's better than buying

There are specific monster rewards in the loop over and over.
You have on reddit the spreadsheet of which ones are those. Class specific are missing 2/5 for every character.
I've been grinding for 2 days and those missing ones were dropped only in expeditions.
I noticed this and gave up on the hunts to get the Torturer pieces I'm looking for. Do you have a link to that spreadsheet that lists what he'll give you?
Great in theory but painful in practice , u get the sign in bug time after time re logging in , the same few legendary items over n over again , is it worth the pain I’m not so sure

That last bit of info seems to not work anymore. You can do it once, but second time you do it, your item turns epic, but you just have the one mod. Either that, or I'm doing something wrong. So in essence you get the upgrade, but you just have 1 mod, which is just plain bad.
For the blue to purple upgrade, it worked a few times for me but then stopped working. When I hard quit and came back, the item was purple with no second mod slot💀🤡

The way to avoid getting the purple piece of gear with only 1 mod issue is by forcing the game to save immediately before you attempt to increase the rarity of an item and force quit. You can either jump into an expedition and then abandon right away and you’ll notice the save yellow icon in lower right corner when you return or you can take a random piece of gear and increase an attribute with shards like cooldown reduction or anything really and then backout of the screen with zehiti and you’ll see the game save icon again in lower right corner. Immediately after you see the game save then you go into zehiti’s menu and increase rarity of the item and if you don’t get the mod you want you immediately kill the game and relaunch it. When the game comes back up, immediately run to zehiti and rinse repeat. Don’t go to your stash, don’t check a vendor nothing. If you do, you run the risk of getting a purple piece of gear with only one mod.
Hey, Lt, could you answer a question for me? I played the demo for this game and found that it was just one large area after another being swamped by waves of attacking enemy followed up by a boss fight rinse and repeat. Why do you enjoy this game? Doesn't seem much thought went into the creation besides stealing ideas from Gears of War and a tad bit from Anthem.
Can someone confirm whether you can farm all legendary armor pieces or not? I got my reforged legendary head piece and was looking forward to the chest piece until some youtuber stated you cannot get all pieces you want just from hunts.. I really would like to know how true this is because im getting mixed info on this...

Its limited loot pool not worth it only for captin hunter and sharp eye mods
Still, both those mods are Tier 1 for any gun-DPS build.
PRO TIP - Unplug your internet cable from your PC/Console for 5 seconds instead of shutting down the game completely. This will bring up a connection error notification but still keeps the game running. When plugged back in you don't have to see the intro of the game like you would if you shut down the game. :)

I finished all the hunt quests as I got to the areas… how do I reset all of that cuz I can’t even see where they are on the map for me to go redo… is there a better way to find them again?
Once you complete all 10 of each, return to the quest givers and turn them in for your loot. After that, reengage with the same NPC and ask for the quest again.
Pretty sure you can just swap weapons in inventory to save. Don't have to buy anything.

How are you/he keeping up blighted rounds without a blighted round mod like trick up the sleeve? I'm a noob to this game. Reading the description it says it lasts until the mag is empty or weapon is changed. Soooo how is he keeping up the blighted rounds?

I have tried this on my ps5, and if the mod never showed up I hardclosed my game and I tried to do it again and there was already a mod on there damn it! I even bought something from the vendor first

And dude home Martha Stewart at your condo but here’s another huge part of this if you have the Hells Ranger content pack yeah do you wanna ignore it it’s Antabuse that are all over the place because you wanna wear the health ranger back you can put that on a level tan with one blue I am in Walmart on your loyalties play through the game with it leveling it up cheaply as you level up and then when you’re ready you can use this method to turn it into a verbal with your secondary mud on it and I have a piece that’s got just what you want on it except that it’ll have attributes that are kind of all over the place I personally don’t think that’s that big a deal everybody can use a little bit of all the things that are on those pieces of armor what the other thing is there are they’re all tier 3 March that they come with so you can also wait till you’re higher gear level to make it worthwhile and do it all at once and keep some of those Jared three marks that are you home later on in the game

What are the odds of obtaining a particular piece of gear i.e. how many different pieces of armor are possible to roll?
Why aren't all these high tier youtubers not realizing to turn it 9 quests, exit dialog, then enter again so u only have to do 1 quest over and over not 10, think they'd be smarter than doing 10 over and over
Not anything you want. There’s limits to monster hunts.
The zahedi loot spoof is unreliable and can frequently glitch leaving you with an epic gear item with only a single mod slot and no way to fix it.
Well this just made it easier for me to find the 3rd piece for my set, I dont like cheesing games but with the way the dev's keep f***ing us with these phantom nerfs I really dont mind it, it's a choose your own path game stop f*ing the game over, if it's in the game it's in it , even if not intended

I had no idea there was a mod that refunds ammo from toxic bullets. On my pyro I have to waste a mod for bleeds and vamp mag to get that. People can fly, if you read this, burning lead please, ty.
Just use Feed the Flames. There’s a mod that replenishes 33% of your mag for each target hit and other mods that add 1 or 2 more targets to each use.

The mod reroll requires me to purchase* after every alt+f4 or else it locks in the rarity upgrade. Am I doing something wrong?
Are you purchasing something prior and trying it in Trench Town?

I did this on Xbox and when I loaded back up the gear was upgraded but with no second mod and I couldn't do anything with the piece of armor it was just stuck with one mod
Bandwagon post... shit's been out for over a month. Not a good way to get "any" legendary. In fact it's very very limited. For instance you can not get any of the Trickster set helmets from doing so. Also the ALT F4 with crafting hasn't worked for over a week. You end up with a piece of purple gear with only 1 mod slot. If you're going to jump on the bandwagon at least post it with in the same time frame, I know this is a week old but god this has been out awhile.
That didn’t work on Noah with my last attempt. I could only see his normal inventory.

If you see only noahs inventory then you arent in the right tab. You have to see your inventory
I've read most of the comments and everyone is on PC sooooo CONSOLE is a no go...copy that!?
