u can put a mod on gear and put it in the stash then change character and disassemble it to unlock it on that other character. i dont think a lot of ppl realize this

You forgot killing spree.....S rank 100%, raises weapon damage by 25% for each kill for 20 secs, you can stack 3 times for a total of 75% weapon damage increase.
Honestly i tried the t3 stormwhip but the lightning effect keeps killing the targets and since you need to make the kill shot to trigger vampiric mag it kinda screws with my pyro's build.
The tier 2 minefield mod is huge for me. Every expedition when I check my damage stats it’s in second place every time behind twisted rounds. I’m on CT13 rn too.
I was doing the Math on the damage from enemies over the weekend. Enemies have a Flat 15% armour pierce from gun damage - Elite enemies have 30% - the way this works is they ignore that amount of your armour - so if you have 100k - an elite enemy works as though you have 70k and the damage reduction that would give, to hit the max on the damage reduction it takes 130k for the 85% reduction but since they ignore 30% you need to have 1.3 times 130k (169k) to get the most reduction against all enemies in the game. This is easy for a Devestator, my favourite mod to do this with is Rejuvination i get 130K from my armour and skills as normal, and that one mod provides the 30% extra that is needed while also giving a handy boost to Anomally power and firepower. The Golem affect is a 65% damage reduction after all others are calculated - example; if you have an 70% reduction the 65% is taken off the remaining 30% - meaning you would take 10.5% of normal damage.
I just switched to ice trap and golem for my survival mods on technomancer this morning, I can attest the combo works amazing because you can get your health back up very quickly
I don’t know how true this but for me it but it works. I think the game reads your character to see which legendary you have already acquired and give you a different one if it reads you already have that weapon. So if you are after a specific tier 3 mod can keep all legendaries until the weapon with that particular mod drops in-order to prevent that same weapon from dropping again. Not proven but it’s what I’m noticing from me getting legendaries. I have not seen a duplicate drop if the legendary weapon is in my inventory.
Something you may not be aware of if you have a mod on a character that you want on a different character you can out those mods on gear or guns put them in your stash and then dismantle them on the character you want them on and even if they are crafted you will still get them on that character.
I am also interested to this question, did a lot of tests with Techno but couldn't find out how it works (nothing changed at my tests), tried leech on weapons, turret regen - for sure I was hit at the tests so the regen was always active...
(Pro tip) What you can do with mods if you have alts is put all the mods on trash armor an weapons. Then put in stash remove on your alts an dismantle this saves tons of time an helps alot with leveling. I'd like to add the mod storm whip rank 3 an rank 2 stack. Making good single target damage.
Agree on emergency stance ice trap is garbage unless you have a bunch of status power. Mitigation is good unless your fighting last boss in Pax or eye. Damage absorber is super reliable and doubles your base armor generally. I use pres shield damage absorber and emergency stance and never die.
Do you have or can you do a video on weapon / armor attributes? To date I haven't paid much attention to that area but know I will need to soon. Thank you.
Just so you know when something says deteriorates when it has stacks I don't think you lose the all the stacks..its just 1. I tested it with circle of power for my trickster ap build and it only lost 1 stack after the timer
While playing with the golem effect it seems to stack with armor. So you have (incoming damage * (1 - armor dmg reduc) * (1 - golem damage reduc) = final damage... Formula might not be 100% accurate but the sequence seems like incoming -> armor -> new amount -> golem -> final amount
I tested the cooldown when below 30% on techno. It relies on you staying at below 30% so you’re only getting the gains in the small amounts of time you spend below 30.
best defensive mod id say is golem rising t3 mod (killing shots grant you a protective golem effect for 3 secs on a 1 sec CD) only prob is its hard to make use of as it comes on a pump and u need to be using killing spree too
Wep mod recommend is shadow comet on heir of the desert or thunderbird. It melts. Then there's anomaly power for skill builds to up the firepower 30% of their anomaly power.
regarding the golem mod, I noticed even when it triggers I still take damage and I have 67% reduction + golem should be above 100% but usually it only alows me to take 2 more hits below 30%.. (I assume theres some sort of cap on reduction which makes having several defensive mods kind of a waste of a slot) Also perseverance shield works really nice with technomancer if you have bigger regen threshold, it usually gives you enough time to regen your 75% health without having to shoot and hit something. With two of those mods I never die, usually I use golem +the flat constant armor one.
Finally got every single survivor and damage mods here's hoping I can finally get out of ct9 and make some decent progress instead of bashing my head against a brick wall lol.
Nice video. Will you be doing one on weapon mods? I had a weapon with death chains and ultimate storm whip, and it felt like my ammo wasn't being refreshed as often as it should. I suspect death chains doesn't proc toxic lead
I still didn't get amber vault legendary weapon for killing spree mod. I've made all quests and side quests... do you think I might have a better chance to get that weapon by starting a new char and re-do all missions ?
@@2b_TopTier 450 hours in & still no luck. Love this game but that's some buck'n fullshit. They were talking out their asses when they said that you wouldn't need to farm for gear for hours. Has any of them played Trickster. It's the 1 thing Trickster needs to be a viable a character as the rest but you can only get it once you've already made a make do build to get you to CT15.
Dude it could be argued I mean it it it it might be a good idea to run Golomb even if it it does get fixed for that for second reprieve to get out of trouble but also run some thing that pops up your armor and your fire power and you’re not with power or whatever you know

Yeah emergency stance is great with the bugs out and stays on all the time and once it does it stays until you die or leave the game but it doesn’t always work and when it’s working normally that for second since I’m about to make it worth using
I think the weapon mod I'm most interested in seeing in action is the one that reduces a target's Resistance by 35% for X seconds. How does that mod help you and what build (Anomaly / Firepower) would benefit from that mod most. Thanks!
you dismantle something and own the mod forever, obviously class specific armour t1 mods dont carry over but if you want a t3 mod from one char and put it on another char, just mod a random gear and stash it over to another char and dismantle. Idk why its not shared when you can just do this, more pointless extra hoops i have to go through when it can just be streamlined but hey, we gotta fix servers first...
@NickTew Armor caps at 85% (as of my latest information) And ofc thank for the tips, the way to use def mods was really a huge step forward. After droping some dmg mods for def mods (esp. Golem) the progress just skyrocketed. ;)

I'm not positive however I believe it improves how much health you get back when you trigger something to give you health. like techno - doing damage gives you a certain amount of health back but healing received will increase the quantity by whatever amount.
Adrenaline isn't too amazing on its own but if you were to use that together with some other 30% hp mod then it might be pretty good... I have used it on my pyromancer (anomaly) and it seems to be pretty good.
I stream on twitch as a Pyromancer "OwnAlone". I have almost every mod unlocked. One mod that is absolutely god tier for Volcanic round builds is the ash damage T2 perk. It says it does 29k per crit but it seems to scale off of your critcal damage modifier and other +DMG% mods. I make sure to run a double gun which puts me at 800 RPM and i'm able to keep most mobs ashed at all times. With this, i am getting 90-120k ash mod additional damage per shot at 800 RPM. Unfortunately it makes me work a lot differently, because if a mob dies to ash damage or the MOD's from your weapons that cause additional damage, it doesn't count that kill towards gear that scales off of killing monsters. I.E. Killing spree and bloodlust. Unless the bullet kills the mob, the mod doesn't activate. This was easily testable for me when i started putting on mods that blow up the enemy on kill shots. More often then not it would not activate.
Thanks for the info, very helpful. I'm still a bit confused on a few things, like what stacks and doesn't stack. Do you recommend running both bloodlust and sharp eye, or do they not stack?
If I remember correctly those are both on Sergio's beret so yes they stack. But also everything in the game stacks except for like status effects - like you can't put double weakness. But any two things that give a percentage increase or decrease on the same effect will stack
I guess what I’m saying if it wouldn’t hurt to have a damage reduction mad and I’m at the bumps up your armor for survivability both so that you’re gonna always have the extra armor and they want to get into trouble you get a bunch of extra mom damage reduction happening for a few seconds
i'm curious if and how 'Rejuvenation' would work with the techno. DMG heals you, so you can keep it up by every bullet fired, right (of cause after CD)?!
Thanks for the video! i have one question regarding bloodlust, does it need to be on my main weapon to activate? or can it be on a side weapon or my second weapon and the mod will activate just by being there on a weapon equiped?
So the tooltip says Increases weapon leech by 40%, that would mean +40% of whatever weapon leech you have, what if you have 0. OR is it actually granting 40% weapon leech? Which would add to whatever you have.
Hey just wondering if I have gear that only has one good stat which do you think is better to have bonus firepower or close range damage? The mods on the gear are the same either way just the stat that's different. For techno btw.
I googled the sharp eye mod and it says it comes from borealis boots. That the only way? I only have trickster atm, can I actually get those in his loot pool given it’s made for techno? Or do I have to farm the boots on tencho and transfer?
Does anyone know what piece has the mod "Shatter"? Everything I find on it gives a description of what it does, but no information on the armor its on. Reads as if its basically a Frozen version of Tainted Blood which would be so OP stacked with Freezing Boost, Ice Breaker and Winter Blast. But where do you get it?
What about susceptibility for Pyromancers? I'm guessing you didn't mention it since it's a tier 3 mod and fairly difficult to obtain, but I'm wondering how this stacks up against some of the other firepower mods.

On my tech i can smash all T15s and im tryna do them quicker by increasing my damage like adding the 2 T3 mods that do 25% more damage to enemy's afflicted with poison and freeze but my damage stays the same i still hit like 1.3 mil a head shot and ive tried using the freeze perk on the ice ability which decreases armour by 35% same damage so ive switched for more survive-ability but just wondering if youve hit a damage cap also, i wanna get more legendarys to make the build better but im stomping most of the content and cant become stronger with this type of build or my freeze powered build due to the damage cap :(
Call babe close attention to emergency stance home it’ll go up bunches of times and Allison will just stick I mean I don’t really notice the valve long or whatever the icon that much but you can hear it when when you have a emergency stance you hear the bullets clanking against metal and it will go off multiple times Anna automation and sometimes it’ll stick and sometimes it doesn’t but after a while they ever fix it so that it never steaks it’s not worth running out for a four second reprieve there are better things to run

@@pamelus6479 you talking about the pre order bonus gear. I heard people say you can't get rid of them. I have not used them so they sit in stash.

Adrenaline has a rare bug where it doubles your cooldowns instead of halves them 11:05 also armor caps at 85% dmg reduction

8:20 there is also a burned based one for the same effect it’s nice

Rejuvenation is S tier for a Cyclone build. Cyclone skill leech constantly grants health for 25 secs if utilizing Edge of Time set.

You definitely don't lose the stacks, that's not what I meant. I meant you lose firepower as it deteriorates where as sharpeye doesn't.

You're right about some mods being broken. I just tried Enriched Anthrax (increase blight turret damage by 8,845) and it had zero effect lol

when i finished yagak and did my first expiditon ct2 i used your build and hit 7 min on chemplant (i was solo so enemies were easier to kill)

Is it normal im lvl 24, wt 9 and i have only looted 1 legendary item? I see everyone with so many legendary items and i have 0 luck
I played through the entire story mode and only got 4 legendarys and 2 were from the end game missions.
World tier you basically get nothing lol don't until end game apart from 100% legos

Yes. Everyone comment your favorite weapon mods and I'll be doing extensive testing of them, possibly even on stream :)
You need to kill with the Weapon for mag refill mods to proc. So sometimes Death chains can "steal" that kill

I stream on twitch as a Pyromancer "OwnAlone". I have almost every mod unlocked. One mod that is absolutely god tier for Volcanic round builds is the ash damage T2 perk. It says it does 29k per crit but it seems to scale off of your critcal damage modifier and other +DMG% mods. I make sure to run a double gun which puts me at 800 RPM and i'm able to keep most mobs ashed at all times. With this, i am getting 90-120k ash mod additional damage per shot at 800 RPM. Unfortunately it makes me work a lot differently, because if a mob dies to ash damage or the MOD's from your weapons that cause additional damage, it doesn't count that kill towards gear that scales off of killing monsters. I.E. Killing spree and bloodlust. Unless the bullet kills the mob, the mod doesn't activate. This was easily testable for me when i started putting on mods that blow up the enemy on kill shots. More often then not it would not activate.
Thanks for the info, very helpful. I'm still a bit confused on a few things, like what stacks and doesn't stack. Do you recommend running both bloodlust and sharp eye, or do they not stack?
If I remember correctly those are both on Sergio's beret so yes they stack. But also everything in the game stacks except for like status effects - like you can't put double weakness. But any two things that give a percentage increase or decrease on the same effect will stack
I noticed an armour cap of 85% physical damage reduction a while ago. Not sure if changed since the patches though.
85% Armor is the Hardcap of Armor everything above it is wasted.
@@placidd6875 unless you have stuff that scale off of your armour, like the fortress mod. We still don't know the the cap of the 43%

Depends on your weapon.....if your sniping then use embalmers rage, for a shotgun or assault rifle build id use killing spree.

Do the weapons you are not using act as "stat sticks" or are the mods on weapons only active when you are using that particular weapon?
Only while using.
I believe the level of your other slotted guns impacts core attributes like health as your average level of gear changes this.

I guess what I’m saying if it wouldn’t hurt to have a damage reduction mad and I’m at the bumps up your armor for survivability both so that you’re gonna always have the extra armor and they want to get into trouble you get a bunch of extra mom damage reduction happening for a few seconds

DMG heals you, so you can keep it up by every bullet fired, right (of cause after CD)?!
Thanks for the video! i have one question regarding bloodlust, does it need to be on my main weapon to activate? or can it be on a side weapon or my second weapon and the mod will activate just by being there on a weapon equiped?
Bloodlust goes on your armor not on your weapon.
The blighted turret debuff mod is that a good one? I think it’s like a 30 percent debuff to enemy armor.
I use that mod and I think it’s good if you’re already doing a lot of damage. lvl 30 techno ct15 btw
Not with blighted rounds since those ignore armor anyway, without them sure

Deconstruct for mods, and farm the captain in the dunes missions for new legendaries.

So the tooltip says Increases weapon leech by 40%, that would mean +40% of whatever weapon leech you have, what if you have 0. OR is it actually granting 40% weapon leech? Which would add to whatever you have.
Hey just wondering if I have gear that only has one good stat which do you think is better to have bonus firepower or close range damage? The mods on the gear are the same either way just the stat that's different. For techno btw.
I googled the sharp eye mod and it says it comes from borealis boots. That the only way? I only have trickster atm, can I actually get those in his loot pool given it’s made for techno? Or do I have to farm the boots on tencho and transfer?
Hahaha I had to search this once I found it, technomancer with death chains on both guns and now the game feels effortless

Does anyone know what piece has the mod "Shatter"? Everything I find on it gives a description of what it does, but no information on the armor its on.
Reads as if its basically a Frozen version of Tainted Blood which would be so OP stacked with Freezing Boost, Ice Breaker and Winter Blast. But where do you get it?
What about susceptibility for Pyromancers? I'm guessing you didn't mention it since it's a tier 3 mod and fairly difficult to obtain, but I'm wondering how this stacks up against some of the other firepower mods.

On my tech i can smash all T15s and im tryna do them quicker by increasing my damage like adding the 2 T3 mods that do 25% more damage to enemy's afflicted with poison and freeze but my damage stays the same i still hit like 1.3 mil a head shot and ive tried using the freeze perk on the ice ability which decreases armour by 35% same damage so ive switched for more survive-ability but just wondering if youve hit a damage cap also, i wanna get more legendarys to make the build better but im stomping most of the content and cant become stronger with this type of build or my freeze powered build due to the damage cap :(
Decreasing armor is a wasted mod on Blighted Rounds. It already inherently ignores armor.
Adrenalin is buged. I testet it on xbox with my pyro and it did nothing.
Call babe close attention to emergency stance home it’ll go up bunches of times and Allison will just stick I mean I don’t really notice the valve long or whatever the icon that much but you can hear it when when you have a emergency stance you hear the bullets clanking against metal and it will go off multiple times Anna automation and sometimes it’ll stick and sometimes it doesn’t but after a while they ever fix it so that it never steaks it’s not worth running out for a four second reprieve there are better things to run
