Ummm... dark chocolate chips are usually vegan. Also, to get oat flour, just blend instant oats! That's what I do. South Indian houses usually have rice flour as well. You could just use normal wheat flour also---that's also vegan! 😄
In south Indian houses Rice flour is used oftenly.

All flours are vegan my goodness. Unless there's something called chicken flour 🤔

As a vegan, I always have a bottle of apple cider vinegar in my house because it makes baked goods really soft. Also, easy egg replacer! 1 tsp baking powder mixed with 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar for 1 egg. My sister also hates the smell but she loves the result 😁

Rice flour is not at all fancy ingredient in Indian household. Especially in South India, Eastern part it's quite common.

I do almost the same chia pudding recipe---2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1 tbsp treacle, 1 tbsp instant oats and a half a cup of chopped fruits (or nuts for added protein). Mix well and keep in the fridge overnight. SO good. Also, sugar = bad is a myth. Don't fall for that. Sugar in excess is bad. But for that matter, anything in excess is bad! Alia is not a nutritionist clearly.
