Was anyone else just a little sad that we didn’t get to go on the gator ride with Samantha and Laura? Sigh…it was just a wonderful autumn video, I didn’t want it to end! Thanks, Laura!🐿🍁🍄🍁
Samantha and Benjamin are getting so big, and are the cutest. When she was out by the pond with the marshmallows and said smells like deliciousness, and when Benjamin was in the pond after letting the fish out he said hey can u help me out of here just made me chuckle, so cute and in this video where she was hopscotching and needed a bandage for her lion’s foot just warms the heart. God bless u and urs.
Hey! I saw your flower to signify you're a member of Garden Answer and was hoping to hear more about it from a current member. Could you share what perks you get? Thanks in advance if you're willing to reply.
Wow! Love the fall containers. Looking beautiful! Samantha is the sweetest child, loving on her Lion, and teaching us Hopscotch! 😂 ❤You have a beautiful family.
OMG! Samantha’s sweater is adorable. I have a grand daughter that is 6 months younger than Samantha, and after having only sons, buying closes for her a girl is so much fun. Love all of the containers, especially the ones by the porch. You never seize to amaze me with your tasteful sense of style and design.
Another blessing of your job is to have all of these snippets of the kids growth...Samantha hopscotching was magical. Such a sweet little girl. The planters with the branches have my heart. Super cool!
Do you have any idea how much joy and smiles your videos bring us? All your beautiful gardening ideas and sharing your family with us never fails to make me smile. Thank you Laura.
This may or may not surprise you -- I actually ATE Wheaties as a little girl. I had such a good mama -- there wasn't a nourishing breakfast, lunch + dinner we didn't have. ❤ Mom is 92.5 now, and has pushed herself to get EVERYTHING she set her mind to, done. Love that woman.
Love the Halloween theme by the simple addition of the branches and a crow. I would love to see them at night with some orange and/or purple mini lights. You have always done a big Christmas light display but now that you have kids in the trick or treat age range how about a little Halloween display? I can see Benjamin and Samantha with their Halloween costumes having a ball running around in the lights. Please thank Samantha for sharing the bags and the hopscotch. So adorable!
As much as we love Laura and her container planting, can we agree that she is easily playing second fiddle to precious Samantha caring for her lion, giving bat tours, saying big words like Bethany, and playing hopscotch 🎃 😀 🍁 🌻. Even the cats are always getting in the action. Love it!
She is so adorable that little Samantha ❤ and I love the hopscotch! That is something that children never tire of simple hopscotch. Thank you for the inspiration and beautiful bouquets of Fall foliage😊
@@maureenb1109 Enjoy your grandchild! You don’t have to long of a wait We are a small family and I have two, a grandson almost 15 and a granddaughter 5. They are the light of my life! I wish you and your family all the best! 🥰
Inspiring as always! I need to do some Autumn outdoor decorating today👩🌾Samantha is SO ADORABLE!🥰I always love it when she makes an appearance 🥰 I adore little ones, it looks like I’ll never be a Grandma so I appreciate being able to watch Benjamin and Samantha in your videos, they’re so CUTE! I’ve been a GA fan pretty much since you started making videos and GA is my favorite RUclips channel ❤️👩🌾🌺🦋🪴💐
I'm sure glad the first two pots were in the sun when you finished them, Laura, so you returned to show them to us later in the day. It was pure delight to see Samantha and to watch her skipping through the Hopscotch pattern on the step.
I’m always amazed at how much you are able to put in a planter. Stunning as usual! And Miss Samantha is a hopscotching pro! Cherish those memories. They go by so fast.
Hi Laura and Aaron! The planters turned out really pretty. I love the gnarly lilac branches, and creeping jenny, so I hope I can find that color next year. Samantha was so cute helping/keeping you company. Thank you so much for sharing!
All the planters look beautiful and ready for fall. Yay! Can I just say how much I appreciate Ken's and/or Aaron’s editing when they show a previous picture/video in reference to the topic you’re discussing, i.e the Sweet Potato vine engulfing the big black containers. Also, I like how you always acknowledge the work Paul and Bethany have been doing. You have a great team👏👏👏
Regarding Mums: I decorate three big cement pots every fall with them and transfer them to the landscape garden when it’s time to get the tree tops and branches in for the winter season. These mums always come back! They are starting to bloom now in all the beautiful colors I’ve planted throughout the years!
The containers look awesome, maybe it's just my imagination but the branches and the tall kale kinda create a forest scene. And for wintertime, you can just swap orange pansies for something red and the branches for evergreen bows, and you'll have great winter containers. Also, Samantha is just soo darn cute!
This video captures why I love following you and Garden Answer, Laura. Gorgeous hardscape and plants, adorable times with the kiddos, and unique garden designs. Not enough of something? Need more height? No problem! Thank you for a sweet escape into your gardening and life.
Samantha is so cute. You'll love looking back in the years seeing her. Those purple flowers are gorgeous. I couldn't touch them. Just keep enjoying them. Have a great day!
As much as I enjoy all the lovely things you plant, Samantha with her sweet little girl antics is the star of the show. You care for your gardens and try to give each plant what it needs to survive and grow beautifully. You and Aaron put more than that into the care and nurture of your children. Benjamin and Samantha have the best life, (its not the "stuff" they have) its the love of good parents who invest in them to grow into fine adults. Breaks my heart when I see children that seemly don't have anyone that cares.
Awwws! That girl child of yours is absolutely adorable. 😊💜 Loved the plants you picked for the container arrangements. The raised tier is a fantastic idea and the branches were a perfect touch with those birds. Happy day to you all!! 🎃
Laura and Aaron, I have learned so much in the last 5 years from watching your channel. All your ideas, tips and tricks have helped me along the way in my gardening journey and I always look forward to each new season. Thank you so much for sharing your love of gardening with us ❤!
The Yokohama Red Kale is absolutely unearthly in the winter when the tiny hexagonal ice plates twinkle like prisms all over every single ruffle-- nature's own sequins. Next to dew drop diamonds on spider web necklaces, that is one of my favorite natural phenomenon in the garden.
sad crows for halloween are just perfect! love how you think about color for your drifts..I am learning so much. I am in zone 9b...not a whole lot grows in my yard ..because of the sun angle..sun all summer shade all winter...and 2 65 lb dogs!
Love the planters & all of todays’ plantings! I think Samantha was trying to find a soft spot on that bench. She’s so cute in her little fall sweater. 🐦⬛🍁🥬🧡🌾🎃🐦⬛
You just completely made my day ! Samantha is so sweet and it's hard to believe how she has grown. And thank you for giving thanks to Paul and Bethany. They are a treasure to your organization and I know how much you appreciate them. By the way, the planters are so pretty and festive looking...good job, Laura!
Wonderful video. I especially admire the planters near the house and will try to do something similar for my church next Fall. Samantha is absolutely the cutest little girl. Loved her demonstration of hopscotch. Also loved watching the interaction between you and Samantha--so precious.
I'm not a fan of Halloween at all but I am a fan of fall and I love your arrangement and Samantha is precious. God bless your sweet family. I enjoy you guys all the time. I enjoy your journey that the Lord Jesus is giving you both. I love watching you in your mom's shop.
Samantha is just darling. So cute! I love the coleus by the door. It's so colorful. I'll have to go back and look at when you did those planters. I typically don't go for ornamental cabbage, but the two varieties you planted are so pretty.
Over the years I’ve become more and more in love with Sedum! My animals will sometimes break off a stem and I just push it down into the soil nearby the parent plant and it takes root so easily. Sedum is such a staple for me… easy, beautiful all season long, and readily available at garden centers! ❤️
Hey! I saw your flower to signify you're a member of Garden Answer and was hoping to hear more about it from a current member. Could you share what perks you get? Thanks in advance if you're willing to reply.
I was surprised how easily they root, just sticking a stem in the ground. My granddaughter was helping me pull weeds years ago, and accidentally broke a stem off. I decided to see if it would grow and planted. It did. I have shared with friends and family. I just love them.
I sure enjoy your fall garden. last week we had record heat (for Wisconsin, 89 degrees is quite hot) Weather people are calling frost warnings for next week. (this is pretty normal for Wisconsin) So, I appreciate you sharing your fall garden.
Samantha is so cute!! Thanks for including her. My daughter is about to turn 20, but I remember how much fun she was when she was that age. It's fun to be reminded.
Love the video. The containers look great. Perfect for fall. The sedum is a beautiful plant. Of course, Samantha Grace was the highlight of the video. She is precious.
Love the planters. It's definitely fall! Samantha is adorable and so sweet. She resembles Susan, her hair, temperament. Another lovely video. Thank you❤
Crows are so fun in Fall decorating ! I🦅would add six each day in my front courtyard trees and planters . Love the double takes from passing neighbors , as the flock increased ! The Birds !🦅🦅🦅 🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅
Oh my heart! Samantha is precious! She made my heart smile today. The hopscotch demonstration was just precious. I love how attentive you are with her and Benjamin. As someone who’s parents weren’t attentive, it’s beautiful to see. The planters are beautiful. I need that sedum! I planted the “Back in Black “ sedum after you showcased it in your garden. I was so impressed with their staying power during the heatwave this summer. I kept waiting for them to wilt so I could replace them but they didn’t need it until a couple of weeks ago. As always lovely video. Donna

Oh, to be young and carefree again. Happy times watching you again. I'm hoping the rain will slow down so I can get my fall planters done. Happy Fall to you and your lovely family.
Samanthas tour of paper bats and hopskotch area was the sweetest thing. Also the artichokes in the coldframes are amazing and they also have that scary halloween vibe, they look like spider webs. But since they are in the coldfrmes, could you close them and have them overwinter and produce next year?
Love the planters!! Perfect addition to add the crows. I used to stick a crow in my arrangement of leaves and curly willow branches on the stair landing inside the house. My youngest granddaughter was frightened of the crow--she would point at it and say "caw caw bird"!! Fun memory.
Wonderful display. Samantha made me laugh out loud and tear up all at the same time. I remember when my little girl made hopscotch on the sidewalk. What a wonderful memory that invoked. Thank you!
Samantha's hopscotch sent me. It was hilariously cute. I just spent all morning on my fall containers, and then here you are creating masterpieces with giant kale and sticks. Sheesh! That's OK, mine are beautiful as is and I promised myself I won't go out and butcher my tiny tree. Maybe next year. Great job, as usual. I learn something every time I watch.
Always enjoy all your videos…no matter what you include. It ALL strikes my fancy🤗. I particularly love the plants you potted in the cut flower garden black containers. Those ornamental kale with the pinky centers are just lovely! And HELLO, Russell! I miss seeing your visits, sweet boy🐈. Kiddo clips are the cherry on top. Thank you for including ❤
Samantha's hopscotch demonstration and loving care of her baby lion was absolutely the cutest!
The planters are beautiful, but Samantha's hopscotching was the cutest EVER.
Yes!!
And hearing her work so hard to say Bethany! 🥰
🌻🦚🍂Samantha was definitely the star of the show today !!
Just precious 🥬🪴🥬
Samantha is really coming into her own lately. That hopscotch demonstration and her trying to say Bethany’s name was adorable.
While the fall planters are gorgeous, the entertainment was just topped everything off!🍂🧡🍂
Nice
Hi Laura
Little Samantha stole the show again. I love how she demonstrated hopscotch. Love the planters too. The bare branches are GORGEOUS🎈🎉💕
