Why when I calculate how much i would mine with my setup (0.13€/kwH, Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24GB) it says it would get me -0.32€ a day? My GPU is one of the best in the market and i thought i could get some money from it.

apprechiate the effort but lets not sugarcoat things it is reported in many areas that the life expectancy of gpu that is just used in gaming is 3-5 years meaning after 3 years expect your gpu to die any second to any matter regardless
and the life expectancy of the gpus used in mining is 1-3 years so theres a chance you will lose your expensive gpu after its first year at any second for any reason and you will have to replace that beside the electricity bill you might just not be getting anything in return after you cover all those heavy costs
and this is why gpu prices never settled because miners often need new cards because theirs doesn't last
the biggest winner is the website itself just talking his cut from everyone

Sure man 70 on the GPU is not crazy bad.. It would better if it was in the 50C or lower but i think ur ok.. it's really the memory Temp that is important.. Generally speaking that can go up to 90-95C on a typical mining rig and still be ok

Hey, just a quick question. In theory, can you build an side addon to your gaming pc, like a mining rig but just with the cards that you attach to you existing gaming pc. Lets say 3-4 extra cards. Would that be hard/safe to do?

What about a gaming laptop with a 1050 TI graphics card would it still work
It can, but not much. I would use the calculator on their website, but you're looking at less than $.50 a day, and that's running it 24/7. With a laptop the biggest thing I'd pay attention to is cooling. Monitor that closely if you try it out and make sure you aren't going to toast your card.

When you are mining your machine will be using 100% of your GPU's power, so you will definitely want to pause mining while you game!

Nice hash wants you to make an account and join a pool. Im looking for software that runs on a pc and sends bitcoin to the wallet address I give it. Nothing else. No pooling, no algorithmic analysis and optimization. Chug hash functions and send the product to an address -- nothing else at all. Is there anything like that?

do you take the glass off when mining? I have the H510 elite case with a 3080 Suprim X and when using the optimize feature on NiceHash miner the GPU fan is usually at 100% and it sounds crazy. Just wondering what other people with my case (or similar) are doing when their GPU's fans are full blast while mining.
You MAY want to look into replacing the thermals on your GPU. I know that is common with the 3090, and could be the case with the 3080.
Taking the glass off is generally not good unless you have additional fans blowing because often it's cooler in the case than it is outside the case.
