Great stories, and very relatable. I have not seen any entities on this plane. But, I tend to have very vivid dreams within dreams. The random scents also let me know I am not alone.

SIDE NOTE: I have started thanking the animal and plant spirits when I eat, any advice on showing gratitude to Mother Earth?

I find myself stroking plants and leaves and trees a lot when I'm out and about to show my gratitude.

Thank you for your comment, dear. Answering to your question, you can simply make offerings of water, flowers, fruits... In the intention of showing gratitude to mother earth.

The explanation I give myself for why spirits leave after we try to communicate with them is this: spirits feed off of energy, and one of their sources is us. They gain easier access to our energy when we are riled up or afraid, so they scare us to feed off of our energy easily. When we fight our fears by communicating with them, it becomes harder for them to feed off of our energy, so they choose another target and move on. (this isn't based on fact its just the explanation i give myself)
